Such a cozy and yummy spot in downtown Oak Park! Huge selection of food, all was delicious and fresh. Wine list was extensive and our server Dave was super knowledgeable and gave great recommendations! Can’t wait to go back!

Service was nowhere near their normal standard this visit. Had to flag down waiter to take our order after waiting 15 min. Then forgot to bring my cocktail and had to be reminded. Then were finished eating and had to again flag him down to get our check after waiting at least another 15 min.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received tonight. My partner and I came here for what was supposed to be a date night, and the experience was unacceptable.
We were seated before at least four other tables—by roughly 15–20 minutes. Despite that, two couples seated to our left and right were attended to and served before anyone even acknowledged us. For 45 minutes, no one came by to take a drink order, or food order. Eventually a waitress briefly said she would be right with us, and then another 15 minutes passed with absolutely no follow-up.

What makes this situation especially troubling is that we were the only Latino couple in the area, while the surrounding tables were all white and were clearly receiving prompt service. Whether intentional or not, the optics and the experience were deeply disrespectful and left us feeling ignored and unwelcome.
This was supposed to be an enjoyable evening, and instead it turned into an hour of being overlooked. That level of service is unacceptable in any restaurant. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this establishment to anyone.

I came here for a date night expecting a nice evening, but it was a total disappointment. We were seated, and over the next several minutes, four other tables were seated around us. Every single one of those tables had their drink and food orders taken while we were completely ignored, despite being there first.
​It was impossible not to notice that we were the only Hispanic couple in the room, while the tables receiving immediate service were white. Whether it was intentional or just gross incompetence, the lack of basic service was insulting. I will never come back here, and I definitely won't be recommending this place to anyone

Good atmoshere, room temperature too cold, too much red pepper in sauce for two of us, meatballs gigantic, tasty but very firm, good portions, great service, friendly staff. Decent cocktails.

Been coming here for 3 years, food is amazing. Even the complimentary bread is outstanding. Tried the Oak Park Paloma and the roseyfrench martini both were delicious. The best part of the night was our server Dave. He was super knowledgeable and kind. The first time we came here 2 years ago we had him and been coming back ever since. Definitely recommend!!

Had a great girls’ night out here! From start to finish, everything was spot-on. The bread alone set the tone (dangerously addictive), the salads were crisp and flavorful, and the main courses were absolutely delicious. Pair that with great wine, and it was the perfect evening.
A special shout-out to Dave, our waiter, who truly made the night. He was friendly, attentive without hovering, and had such a great energy-exactly what you want when you’re out with friends. He made us feel welcome and taken care of all night.
Highly recommend for a night out with amazing food and even better service!

Disappointed as we ordered Uber Eats and the Sunday Salad isn’t even close to what the menu says. When we called we were told they just updated the menu and changed the salad and said sorry. We would not have ordered it if the description was accurate online.

In addition, the Eggplant Parmesan was undercooked and no flavor. Spaghetti and meatballs were just okay. Could have had more than two tablespoons of gravy on it.

Been to Victory a handful of times and it keeps me coming back. Our most recent visit was an incredible experience thanks to our server Dave. From food, to drinks, to the service, you can’t go wrong here. And make sure to ask for Dave!

Recently started exploring Oak Park and this restaurant is a great place to go to for dinner! Our waiter, Dave was knowledgeable and friendly. He made our night such a wonderful experience. The food was delicious. Everything from the arancini appetizer to Nanna’s gravy to wine was spectacular. Will definitely be coming back. Dave said they have half off bottle of wine on Wednesdays. :)
