There is this one young man that works at the Wendy's on Harlem and Madison, his name is Mr.Estes he's one of the best employees that's they're i say this because he's the only one that I see.Wash his hands all the time.And a couple of other young men & their names are Romel, Alexa , i always see them wash their hands and they always work with a smile on their faced to me. That's good customer service. I really think that they should put cameras in there and really pay attention to who's washing their hands and handling food and digging in their nose. And in their ears and handling food, and I feel that they all should have hair nets on but other than that, those are the 3 that I notice that I'm very clean if it wasn't for them, I would not be coming to these Wendy's every other day to get A Oreo. Horrible service!!! Women in a red shirt (manager/shift lead) was doing something on the register. NEVER LOOKED UP AND ACKNOWLEDGED I WAS EVEN THERE…NEVER!!! Then someone came in after me got in front of me, she finally acknowledged him because he said “I’m ready to order” but still said to wait. I left after a few more seconds/minutes. I knew going there was mistake…Won’t do that again!!!

I ordered a double apple pecan salad and sprite. When I get to the window it was fries and that's not what I wanted. They explained something about tge system that takes the orders, but the people did not get it right. This double burger is old! I still have it, only took one bite. Time to leave you guys alone 😔 🙁 😞 ☹️
