It's pretty rough that this one location of Wendy's always seems to only deal in cash at the drive thru at night. 4 out of the last 5 attempts they said they were only taking cash. How? Why?

I just left the emergency room my mom was admitted so it was a long day! I stopped by the restaurant late because I hadn't eaten all day! And the young man in the drive thru was so kind and professional which was needed after a stressful day!

Terrible, terrible, terrible service! When I went it wasn't even 6pm yet and they had the inside locked....then I went around the drive-thru and they said they was only accepting online orders. So I placed my order online and it took a very long time still to get my food that wasn't fresh. All while the manager was outside smoking a cigarette smh.

This is literally the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. It’s always dirty in the lobby. Dirty in the bathroom. The orders are never made right. The pop machine never has more than 3 options. The employees always have an attitude. They need to close this location

We ordered 3 burgers with some chicken nuggets on the side, when we started to eat the burgers we had noticed that they were all raw, we then checked the chicken nuggets and they were also under cooked. Whoever is working the grill during midnight should be fired. A waste of almost an hour of our time.
The workers were friendly and polite. The restrooms and general area were clean. It was also very easy to get into and out of.

I write very few reviews, but this place is so bad, I felt compelled to write one. We only ever go there for Frostys. In the past 4 visits, we have only been able to order them one time. The first time, my son and I walked over in the rain. The dining room was closed (at 4 on a Sunday). They refused to help us in the drive thru. Another time the dining room was closed again and the drive thru line was way too long. And tonight, at 8 pm, they inform us that they are out of Frostys until the morning. Go anywhere else except here if you can! It's unfortunate that they're so close to our house and so bad. I notified corporate, but of course, received no response.

I love Wendy’s but this is a disgusting restaurant. Service is the worst, even for fast food places. Super dirty inside and they take extra long if you go inside instead of drive through. I’m surprised the board of health allows this place to stay open.
