I don’t really care for wingstop but I just wanted to give a big shout out to team member Andrea! She was super patient with my dietary restrictions and super helpful! Not only was my food delicious it was made in a timely manner! Andrea is the only reason why I would probably try wingstop again this location isn’t the closest to me but worth it due to the customer service!

Ok so i frequent this location often but i usually place my order online. Today however i ordered in store and made a shocking find after i ordered my food. I went to pay and after i looked up and noticed there was a camera facing directly at the card reader. The camera does swivel but it is direct at the card reader specifically. When you come in just stand at the reader and look up! I did reach out to the BBB and Sent and Email to Corporate to find out what is going on here! Please protect your accounts they may have already accessed it

Wing stop just has really lost it! And I do mean lost it. Lost the taste, the small
Chicken, the customer service! Had it last night around 8pm as an easy dinner & it was horrible. Cold, old, fries were hard these restaurants are making it so easy for people to just cook at home. Im not gonna continue to pay for unhealthy poorly made food.

I ordered 2 10 piece wings and damn near all my wings were overcooked, dry, inedible, and not enough rub. Wouldn’t recommend getting wings.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves to be called out.

From start to finish, this Wingstop visit was a complete disappointment. The ordering process alone was exhausting—I had to repeat my simple order four times, and even then, the cashier still got it wrong. There was zero attentiveness or care in the interaction.

When the food finally arrived (after an unusually long wait), it was cold and poorly prepared. My fries were so overcooked they were nearly black, and the chicken was so dry it was borderline inedible. It was clear the food had been sitting out, yet no one thought to remake it or even apologize for the quality.

But what disturbed me most was the lack of hygiene. None of the staff wore gloves while handling food, and at least two employees had visibly dirty fingernails. That’s unacceptable in any food establishment, let alone one serving chicken with bare hands.

Customer service? Nonexistent. The staff were dismissive, careless, and gave off the impression they’d rather be anywhere else. It’s one thing to have a bad day—but it felt like the culture at this location is one of total apathy. If you hate your job, it shows. And here, it showed loud and clear.

There appears to be no accountability, no leadership, and no standards at this location. I sincerely hope upper management sees this and steps in—because this team is not only damaging the Wingstop brand but actively driving customers away.

Be careful ordering from this restaurant using Ubereats. I paid almost $50 for order including driver tip and the food was COLD and the drink didn't have a safety lid. Contacted Wingstop, they were like we will take notes. Contacted Ubereats, system said I don't qualify for any credits. If you want to wait 40 mins to get cold food and a drink with NO SAFETY LID and not be satisfied with your food, this is the service for you.
