Avoid this location at all costs, extremely rude, fries were cold and unsalted and they mocked me when I called and told them about their mistake. I’ve never been to a wingstop and had them mess up something as simple as French fries.

Ordered online, paid extra for all flats, didn't have it and wouldn't give my refund . I asked for my drinks, the guy had his filthy fingers all inside the cups, so I didn't want the drinks. He thought it was funny. My mild wings tasted like garlic parmasean, now what if i was allergic! This place and staff are a JOKE!! I wish I could give zero stars! DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Online order for pick-up the cashiers were very nice...the problem I had was I ordered 2 Large Fried Corn and got 2 Small Fried Corns. Called the store spoke with Henry would agreed to replace my missing item. I told him that I wouldn't be back this week. Henry had the nerves to tell me I only have two weeks to redeem my missing items. H E DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS NAWL you will not get me a time limited on something that I paid for and should have been in my bag. Order total $69.66 and thats the response I get...515 Madison, Oak Park Il.

I went in close to close and had Tamia help me. She went above and beyond. I messed up ordering, and she was able to quickly and empathetically help me. I also had my service dog with me, and while I shouldn't have to say this, but so many places will give me a hard time about him, but Tamia saw that he was a service dog, and she asked if she could pet him, which is 100% the way to go, and I was happy to let her bc his primary tasks are when I'm home by myself so I'm always happy to let him go "off duty* for a few minutes to get some love. But on top of that, she promptly washed her hands after just giving him a few head scratches. The cleanliness of the store and the friendliness blew me away. I don't eat meat, so I haven't had the chance to come in often, but tbh I was craving chocolate so badly and she suggested the brownies, which we so soft and amazing I got 4 more.
She is the type of employee that should be protected at all costs, and deserves a raise and a promotion! Having an employee who brightens people's day is the key to keeping and adding customers, and I hope that you take care of her! I was so impressed I'm going to email the corporate compliment line, especially since so many people take the time to complain, anyone who has great experiences need to counteract the grinches in our midst! Thank you again Tamia! (Also she wrote Gin Gin on my order which was adorable since my name is Jen lol)

First time placing order over phone and food was incorrect, waited 30 minutes , and was given instructions to come back for replacement. Ordered replacement was told food would be ready in 15 minutes but took about 30 minutes for 15 boneless wings. After waiting 30 ,I have to wait additional unknown time after asking how long employee James wouldn’t respond with a time frame besides asking if I wanted my boneless for waiting an additional 5 minutes.

This is the WORST location to go to. They only take card don’t tell you that over the phone make you get all the way there just to tell you that. The whole place is a shyt show. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time at this one.
