Wings were delicious. Crispy and a good temperature (pick up order). Fries were tasty. Celery n carrot sticks with ranch dressing were crunchy and fresh.Parking: Usually a spot in front of business. Street parking available nearby

The Madison street Wingstop, also known as the BAD Wingstop, has always been kind of a joke. It’s been something of a bit between my wife and our roommate that if you put in an order in the app and let the timer expire, and then wait another 5-10 minutes before finally leaving the apartment, they might finally have your order ready by the time you get there. Maybe. Often even with that I’ve found there is an even chance of walking into the location and finding myself sitting down next to small platoon of uber eats drivers who are in the same position as me, waiting for an order that should have been ready twenty minutes ago. During these hellish visits to this location, I’ve found the staff less than helpful, reacting with a mix of annoyance, indifference and (most worryingly) confusion at my concerns and frustrations regarding my order. I’ve had staff unable to track the name that the order was under, despite me repeating it to them several times.Despite the inevitability that a visit to this location would become an ordeal, the joke was mostly funny. I’d still get my wings, my order would mostly be accurate, the food would still be good. However, much like a latter-day season of The Simpsons, the belabored attempt to embellish on a previous joke has made it no longer funny. Late orders come with the territory. Talking with a cashier tries to insist our order was another name, was also sadly familiar. But the discovery that our order was given away, after an hour and a half of lying about it, was a new low, quickly eclipsed by the refusal of staff to remake that order. One would imagine this situation would be a source of an embarrassment for the management of a business, the kind that would result in refunds or perhaps even discounts to make up for the trouble. Emmanual, however, isn’t most managers. His steadfast refusal to help, to ask us to jump through additional hoops before assistance would even be provided, despite the staggering failure of his establishment to provide the bare minimum, is a sour enough punchline to refuse to never order from this establishment ever again.That is what I hope to convince you to do as well. It may be the only Wingstop in Oak Park, but I’d rather go to Berwyn or even further to avoid going to this Wingstop ever again. My hope is that someday the current franchisee will sell to a perspective owner who gives a damn, or maybe someone else will move into the Oak Park market and put this location to shame. Either way, I hope you will join me in accelerating the current owners’ decline by refusing to give them business.

This location is terrible. I have never had a positive experience here and keep deluding myself into thinking maybe this time it will be different. Don’t allow yourself to do the same.Today was the worst that has ever happened and finally opened my eyes that this place is never worth it. We ordered and paid through the app and when we arrived to pick it up, they told us they gave our food away to someone else and would remake it. They told us to come back in 8 minutes. We did so and they said they hadnt made it yet and to come back in 20 minutes. We did so and they STILL had not even started remaking our food. The cashier then told us that the staff had decided they werent going to remake it, after wasting our time waiting for food they were never going to make EVEN THOUGH WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IT.For the staff to be so disrespectful and awful, I know we must not be the only people who have been treated this way. We will never be coming back again. Save yourself the trouble and get food literally anywhere else.

The employees here always look high. They always take more than an hr to have an order ready . I purposely order online ahead to avoid waiting and I always end up waiting an extra 20-30 mins for my order. I placed an order at 5:40pm and when I arrived there at 6:10ish it still wasn’t ready . I left that store at 6:40ish.

They deserve an 0 stars....Every time I go to this wingstop they have a excuse.... they've burned my wings and fries twice, they have lost my order and had me wait for an hour and 45 min.... then on top of that they close when they want to..... if you get there 30 minutes to close you will not be served.... they told me they don't take walk in orders after 11:25pm?....

The food did not taste good and staff did not have gloves on they told us that the food would be ready in 5 minutes and we waited 20 minutes after I ate it the next day I got food poisoning I do not recommend I got the chicken sandwich with Hawaiian sauce the sandwich was very sweet with stale bread the fries kind of soggy and some burnt and the soda was semi flat. I would not recommend this wing stop to anyone come at your own risk ?

I came here with my children looking for a good meal but that was not the case we waited 20minutes to receive our food the employees did not have gloves on and the restaurant smelled disgusting when me and my children got our food we were very disappointed with the taste and quality of the food for reference we ordered a Hawaiian sauce chicken sandwich with fries and a soda the bread of the sandwich was stale the chicken very sweet the fries were burnt with no ketchup the drink was kind of flat the very next day my children got food poisoning with very bad stomach pain I 100% do not recommend this location to anyone

The staff didnt even want to do any work. They played on the phone and once i arrived to the restaurant the guy who answered the phone literally ran back inside the store from smoking wxxd to the back! Like THEIR JOB IS A JOKE OR SOMETHING??? The cashier who was also HISPANIC was very rude as well. I asked for the guy who hung up in my face and kept answering playing on the phone and she proceeded to get smart and say “THEIR WORKING”. And refused to service me at 6 months pregnant. I drove all the way there to be flat out disrespected and toyed with Monday September 11th at 8pm. Whoever is on staff needs to be fired and I will be calling corporate.
