Went on a Sunday for lunch and the place was nearly empty. Ordered ahead for pickup and stood there at the register and none of the employees acknowledged me once. Why else would I just be standing there but to pick up an order? I kid you not, the employee even had a little snack while I was just waiting. After about 10ish minutes I was finally able to get their attention and it was sitting in the back the whole time.Sat down to eat the food, they definitely were very generous with the portions here but the quality of the food was not on par to Chipotles standards. The rice was…crunchy. Super overcooked and hard. Beans were mush. Highly recommend some more training at this location for not only food preparation/cooking but customer service. While I was waiting to pick up my order, the women who was on the prep line even told a customer there was no lettuce, only to restock it as soon as she completed their order. Wouldn’t come back here again until they get some training. Bummer.

I come here often. But there is an African friend working here and he is male. I don't like his behavior and actions at all, he doesn't even have the mood to talk. I bought a chicken bowl and he gave me almost two pieces of chicken. Whenever he is here, I leave here hungry. Last time, I told him that there was little meat in this bowl, and he roughly said that he could make it double. I give at least $100 to this shop in a month and get rudeness and cheap behavior in return. I'll stop coming here now, you lost me

Never been to such a dirty restaurant. 8 tables on the street side and 7 were dirty. The needed a serious sweeping and there was a puddle of liquid next to one of the tables. And the staff was just standing around chitchatting. They need some serious management.

I don't understand.I really, honestly want to love this place because when it's good, it's really* good. However, over years of eating at this location and various others, I have become so overwhelmingly frustrated at the inconsistent incompetenty of this entire organization.From poor app design/crashing to food orders being incorrect, I have literally experienced a problem LITERALLY 80%+ (that number is very generous) of the time. I just...I don't even know what to say at this point and I'm sorry that I keep banging my head against a brick wall... It just hurts. Please, please try to stay away if possible. Thank you for reading ?

I went to location at 11 am, the older guy that made my food. I noticed he was picking food off the countertop and placing it back in the bin instead of throwing it in the trash. I ordered a chicken salad paid for my food and then was told they had no salad dressing. I asked to speak to a manager all of a sudden, and they said she was making the salad dressing. I sat down and waited and noticed the floor was dirty and nasty. Once again, they just open. The manager never came to speak with me. She sent a guy who played like he was also a manager who knew nothing. He said he just started a few weeks ago. The cashier brought the salad dressing to the table and throw it down. She had the worse attitude ever. Never once apologized for the wait or for lying about the salad dressing. The manager stood in the back shaking her head every time they told her she was needed at the front. Worse service every and the food was horrible. I would never go back here again.

For an establishment I go to often the experience and service I Got last night was absolutely repulsive. First and foremost walking in I never got acknowledged by the young lady at the counter as she was doing what I assumed to be an online order. After 7 Mins of standing there with not even a look up she asks me what I would like. I asked her if there was more white rice and she answered no as my confusion grew because it was only 745pm , and the establishment to be closed at 9pm. While she was the only one out front there was a worker standing in the back just chewing on food . As I complete my order I was never asked if my order was for here or to go she then SLID me my bowl , no bag , nothing as if I made her work there ! This service was rude and If I was to respond differently would have ended badly. On top of horrible service my bowl was DISGUSTING . The WORST BOWL I have ever received from any chipotle as if the food has been sitting there and dried out and the beans were undercooked ! I feel that if you are having a bad day , dont want to work or if you are going through something that makes you treat the people you work to service BADLY then you need to leave because THAT IS YOUR JOB ! And it just takes the right customer to make your BAD day WORSE ! There should always be a manager on duty for situations like this . People pay their money for good food and good service and if you can't deliver either , THERE IS NO NEED FOR MORE RUDENESS IN THIS WORLD . We Have Enough

Generous portion sizes - the greatest store of its generation - at least across the stores I’ve been to in the U.S. lolStaff super friendly and attentive - whenever I ask for an extra scoop (like corn), they don’t give me that look like some other stores, and treats me respectfully and kindly.I’m writing this review based on multiple experiences coming here.Will definitely be a repeat customer for sure!

Worst service ever at a chipotle!! Whole staff fighting with one another and nobody working for over 10 minutes while waiting for online order. And cashier mean and rude when asking for any updates on order. Most unpleasant and unprofessional thing I’ve seen in awhile…literally thought it was a prank it was so ridiculous had to leave without order.

Our stores busiest time of year and we try to provide lunch for our staff. Approximately 8 people. My associate came to the restaurant to place the order. They wouldn’t take it. Making him order online. This is an olderGentleman that is not computer savvy. The order was presented to the manager and his option was that, or you can order each one individually then get back inline and order another. 8 times. We will NEVER use your restaurant again. I personally will never go again. I guessYour manager doesn’t care about making money. Shame, Shame , Shame on you.
