I didn’t initially have a good experience. Unfortunately, everything I ordered was incorrect, and the serving sizes were disappointing. However, I called and spoke with the GM, Luis, and he completely turned my experience around.
I really appreciate the level of care he showed in rectifying the situation. He was professional, followed through on his word, and provided excellent customer service. Thank you, Luis, for taking my concerns seriously and making things right!

Food tasted good, but the employee really shorted me on chicken.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers good service, with employees enforcing rules to keep the line moving. The smaller store has a small parking lot shared with other shops. The food is fresh and always good, served in generous portions. The staff is really friendly, calm, and polite, even with demanding customers. It is a very clean restaurant where the staff puts thought into making a burrito.
