Kid-friendliness: Wendy's on Ogden Avenue said they didn't have my order that my wife and I placed. Went to this location and they also didn't have my order "Turns out Ogden Avenue had it the whole time, even though I went into their location asking for my specific order." Been in the restaurant industry the last 13 years myself so I know mistakes happen. Just wanted to give a shout-out to the management team and responsive crew memebers at the Oakbrook location....read full review

The food was not fresh and the biscuit was greasy in the wrapper. Please, try serving fresh food and discover the benefits of repeat business. Customers like me expect fresh food and great service.

Great service!!! Out of town worker. Have stopped here numerous times in the past 4 wks. Almost always for breakfast. Always fast, fresh, correct, and the staff is great! I will make my way back here in the future.
