Oakbrook, IL - Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Server was not friendly at all. It was like she had better places to be. Orders came out nearly 20 minutes apart.

This Lous was built on the concept of turning customers. Was there during lunch and it was at most 1/2,full. Sadly, it was almost impossible to have a conversation as the noise in the restaurant was ridiculous. Sooooo noisy people leave to hear themselves. This is a carry out only location...unless you bring megaphones for everyone to use at your table

We've now dined twice and had Sergio twice as a server. He's not attentive. I had to ask twice for a coke for my son. I had to ask several times about a drink menu. Italian margarita was pure salt. Blood Mary was super spicy. We had to ask several times for a menu. Two other servers came by because our drinks were empty and then we had dishes sitting on the table. My son has a lot of food allergies. Both times the pizza was bland. We had asked for a different sauce. Again, server didn't listen. Also was dismissive of allergy concerns. “They've been told about his gluten allergies and all that.” (We've never had a problem at Giordano's). My son said his tummy hurt, again, to the point we finished our meal and then ordered a gluten-free pizza as take out from Giordano's after our meal. We did love the fade painting for kids. She was great. We were told she is there the Saturday before a holiday. Atmosphere is nice but really disappointed, twice now, with the service. It's too bad. It seems to be this particular server.

I moved from the Chicago area to Austin, TX 7 years ago and Lou Malnati's is always on my to do list when I'm in town. I sat at the bar and received excellent service from Maddie. The pizza was great, as always! In fact, my personal pan pizza was so good, I ordered a second one to go.

Amazing service and food!!!!!! Atmosphere was casual and comfy! As someone who has never had Chicago style pizza but was too tired to go downtown I loved the entire experience!

Excellent food and service. Was seated right away Lunch special was a mini and a salad. Perfect for lunch. I know sausage is the traditional but the pepperoni was better.

We thoroughly enjoyed this Lou's location. We had reservations and got seated promptly. Service was great and food was also great. Restaurant was clean and liked the decor. We will be back...highly recommend!

Went there for lunch with my sister. Very nice seating area with choice of both or table. The environment is very clean and it is handicapped accessible for walker, rollator or wheelchair. There is plenty of parking in a free lot. We got there shortly after noon on a weekday. We were seated immediately. We each had a full sized salad and shared a small pizza. I had the house salad and my sister had the salad with mushrooms, olives and gargonzola cheese, but I forget the name of that one. The food arrived quickly and was fresh and hot. Our server was also very pleasant. The tables are very comfortable and we didn't feel like we were right on top of the other diners. We also felt comfortable sitting at the table for a while to chat after we paid the bill since there were plenty of other open tables. Lunch cost $51 for both of us and that included the tip. We had soft drinks and got several refills, but there was also a bar with alcohol if you prefer. The food was delicious and on parking with other Lou's locations. I would definitely recommend this location for a nice, casual lunch.
