Even though the food was good even stopping through the drive thru and driving to Scott AFB, I asked about a new food item that had the fried pickle and ranch whopper 😲, she didn't even know it was up there and said, "I...I don't know what that is ma'am". I then proceeded to tell her that it is up here on the menu and I can see it, but to instead give me a regular whopper meal. Not a big fuss about it, but I expect the employees to at least know about...

I cant really say yet.. took minutes to order still in drive thru minutes later.. 2 cars in front of me about to bail.. I understand short staffed.. but it like 830 man.. now 1 car. No contact for them yet.. edit.. I got to the window young woman seemed very sorry.. very cute with the braces.. they must have put her up there for reasons like that.. na just kidding.. food was hot amd good.. the whopper did not have so many toppings it was a total mess but just messy enough.. if...
