Had fast service
I love Popeyes, but I'm always a bit weary going to one. A lot of them have gone downhill, I'm not sure if it's owners not caring or Popeyes is having financial troubles nowadays, but it's always a long wait/low staff/bad attitudes/lackluster food.

Andrea is a personable manager and well mannered . Very helpful and polite, not rude and considerate . Appreciate the good customer service .

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is a fast-food restaurant that has received mixed reviews. While some customers appreciate the convenience of online ordering, others have experienced issues such as long wait times, dirty stores, and rude staff. The menu items, including the chicken and promotional items, are sometimes unavailable, and the food quality can be inconsistent. The drive-thru service can be a challenge, with rookie order takers not working it very well, not responding to customers, interrupting, and having to repeat orders. While the food is good, dealing with people who don't seem to want to be there is not easy, and management needs to put experienced people on the window or train them better. The restaurant sometimes runs out of spicy biscuits, and mashed potatoes with Cajun gravy are mostly potatoes with not much gravy. The red beans and rice are very good. The drink machine did not work, and there was no toilet paper, no paper towels, and dirty floors. The girl taking orders did not want to be there, and the management is awful. However, some staff were pleasant and fairly quick. The restaurant is not diabetic friendly.
