We have never been to this location before. Both restrooms were dirty and out of hand soap. The young man taking our order couldn’t have cared if we were there or not. Waited almost 30 minutes for our food. Once it arrived it looked awful. My husband ate more of his sandwich than I ate of mine. We ended up throwing it all in trash. Next we got to parking lot and thankfully our car was not bothered. The homeless trolls were surrounding the parking lot. Could this be the new east St. Louis? We both spent all night sick in the bathroom and had to take sick days today. I’m pretty positive it was food poisoning. I would not recommend this place.

I visited on 7/30/25. I've only been to Culver's twice and my experience was less than stellar. The food was a minor part of the problem. My burger was overcooked but the worst part of the trip was how dirty the restaurant was. The stall in the women's bathroom was full of toilet paper and human waste and did not flush. The bathroom floor was sticky. The employees looked like a mess and were horsing around, being loud behind the counter. The floor in the dining room was full of bits of trash. Needless to say we won't be back.
