I don't get why it's hard to be polite. I understand fast food can be tough but it's your job to greet people with respect.
KFC used to be one of our favorite places to eat. A little price(y) these days. Try the apple pie bites. You'll be hooked. You can never go wrong with the pot pie.

Visited the O’fallon store and drove through paid almost $30 for two white, original chicken dinners and received crispy. Called and talked to “manager” who apologized but didn’t offer to do a single thing to make it right. WILL NOT BE BACK!
