Employee said she was a manager and put my chicken strips in the bag. It was an extra order of biscuits, no strips. Refused to make it right and hung up on me. Don't order from there, if you want to get everything you paid for.

On July 18th at 7:15 PM, we visited this location and ordered $62.00 worth of chicken online. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by unprofessionalism from the manager. Despite discussing a promotion for a free bucket of 8 pieces of chicken prior to placing our order, we were informed that we did not apply the offer correctly. The manager's lack of clear communication regarding the deal was disappointing, especially considering the amount we spent. It would have been a nice gesture for her to honor the promotion, acknowledging our support for the business. Overall, this experience left us dissatisfied, and I hope the management can improve their customer service in future.

The chicken was delicious. It was alright till I put that kfc secret sauce on it and it was like an explosion. Staff was very chill yk and very cool. Overall, everything was very goooood.
