RUDE BEYOND BELIEF!!! I was so shocked at the rude tone & statement in the drive through that I left without ordering. Never had anyone in a restaurant talk to me that way before. DO NOT GO HERE!

Kid-friendliness: Not even adult friendly!! Very rude and unprofessional. I would not want my child witnessing their bad behavior.

Top notch service on this trip. I had a larger all meat order with a unsweetened tea and the worker brought out the tea immediately and let me know that it will be a few minutes for my all meat order to be cooked fresh (as expected) the then brings out my order maybe 3 minutes later with a certificate for 2 more beef patties cause they took so long. I expect a few minute wait when ordering a pound of beef or more and was perfectly happy waiting for it cause it is fresh. Still thought, top notch service from friendly staff. Truly above and beyond.

I am very unhappy with my order. I ordered on doordash a sweet tea, 2 mcdoubles, a fry, and a 3 pack of cookies. I tipped my dasher 5$ and my order total was 17.25. WHAT I GOT HOWEVER was a large unsweet tea. A mcchicken and no cookies. If i could leave a 0 star rating i would. START LOOKING AT YOUR ORDERS. WHAT ARE YOU GETTING PAID FOR? I WILL BE SPENDING MY MONEY ELSEWHERE. They wouldnt even answer the store phone when I tried calling about it

Not only is this location perpetually understaffed, they are some of the most unprofessional workers I've ever experienced. Those issues combined with being incredibly slow I could deal with, but now they've served us raw hamburger meat. Literally no one else was in line or waiting for food. Unacceptable.

I was there to pick up a order today at 130. Mind you the temperature is 100 degrees. The restaurant was not busy and was empty. There was a woman in there sitting down and because she hadn't bought anything there was a worker in there yelling at her if she didn't buy anything he was going to call the police and have her arrested. She was not doing anything. The woman who handed me my pickup order was a manager the worker asked her to come over there she even rolled her eyes and went to the back. I know this is a business but if there is no one there and she isn't bothering someone let her cool down we have a heat advisory and she was walking. So sad to see her get yelled at like that and the manager let this person do that and just walked away

Kelly took care of me during my visit to there location next to Walmart. She was so friendly & super helpful. She went out of her way to address my needs/order during an extremely busy time of the day for them. I felt she was a boss of some sort the way she dealt and handled everything regarding my order. If she was she would be great to work with. I went in to the counter vs using the drive-thru because I needed to order for 9 individual's. Everything went smoothly and my food was hot & ready really quick. Kelly even offered to help me carry the food & drinks out to my car but I didn't want to inconvenience them because it was during lunch hour but her gesture was very kind. I was very happy with everything and plan to make them my go to Mcd's vs Caseyville. Thanks again... Kelly

I just had a horrible experience with a rude manager. I didn't have her name and was aggressive from the start. My daughter the night made a pickup order. She was given the wrong order (was given just a Coke) but didn't know it and waited for 45 minutes (ordered at 7pm) for her food (ordered a Big Mac meal, Sweet Tea, and a Medium Chocolate shake), She is young just turned 16 and didn't know to go inside. She was in tears when she called me. I tried to call the store twice at that time 8pm but no one answered. I called today 2pm and tried to explain the issue. From the start the manager was hostile, asking why I didn't call the day before which I explained I tried. She then tried to say no one would wait that long. Again tried to explain my daughter is young and new to making and picking up her order. The manager then accused me of trying to get free food. All I wasn't was to get what my daughter paid for. The manager then said she couldn't help me and hung up. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this specific store!
