I love this McDonald's, I live in Belleville and I will drive here JUST for the BEST egg McMuffins and correct orders. I had a slight request for my egg McMuffin and they delivered the request as PROMISED đŸ«¶đŸŒ I LOVE THIS MCDONALD'S come here for good correct food!

Great customer service here! Giving the night staff from 2/1/2026 their flowers!

On our way to St. Louis, my husband and I stopped by to get happy meals for the kiddos. Drive thru experience was fast. However, as we drove away, our girls told us that their happy meals were missing fries. No problem, we circled back. We let the young lady working the drive thru know our issue and she had us pull up to window. Upon pulling up, they had two large fries ready for us. I told her we just needed to kids fries and another staff member got them for us quickly and apologized.

Thank you to the young ladies working that night! Very professional and kind!

This place is very unprofessional from the managers to some of the employees and first thing Monday I will be calling corporate I don't like how some managers use and abuse there authority talking about a employee to another employee is very unprofessional Kelly yelling out how much your employee makes a hour is very unprofessional Kelly and picking and choosing who to apply rules to is very unprofessional i have been here several times and went into the lobby know greeting the girls just sit on there phones playing with the employees from Walmart while I'm waiting for my order to get taken communication is everything some of these managers need to learn to communicate better and talk to people and I never in my years worked a job where after a hour and twenty minutes of being at work I couldn't even use the restroom even that's a problem

Kelly, who claimed to be an area manager was extremely rude and condescending. I called to get information and resolve an issue. I was asked by a night manager to come back the next day to retrieve an item of mine. I was told it would be put in the office. The next day the person in charge could not find it. I called again the next day and that's when I spoke with Kelly. Apparently someone threw my item away. I called their corporate office to report the incident.

They have the cool light up tables inside and when I’ve eaten inside it’s been nice but they purposely ignored me when I went through the drive thru. No one else was in line and it took forever for someone to come on the speaker and then they told me to just order when I was ready but after I started to talk no one responded at all. We sat at the speaker for 5 mins waiting and they just never answered so I drove past the window and a girl was sitting there doing nothing

At 9am on 01/08/26 I'm writing this review as I don't know the ladies name but the drive thru lady is a show of Above & Beyond customer service. The food, service, and atmosphere are all 5 stars. I appreciate you and the world needs more of you.

Hey it’s McDonalds
 it’s aight.
Weird that the portions come out so small sometimes and other times it’s like wow I get this at McDonald’s?

The inconsistency is just agh and given the prices for things you’d think that they could encourage management to do some trickle down work ethics or find workers that have a little more manners. I don’t want servants by any means but just a nice foundation of respectable manners like maybe thanks yous, sorry for your wait, or hey we have a lot coming in do you mind while we get this together?

Simple things like that go a very long way in the service industry and sometimes it even makes the hard pill of eating slightly overpriced microwaved items that much easier ya know!

But I do appreciate the business, the workers, and their efforts!

Absolutely trash. Food quality is bad, getting yelled at through the machine to order 3 times wasn’t enough, so make me sit in the drive though pick up spot for 35 minutes for a single smoothie. What is wrong with you people.

I was thru the drive thru on 10/23/25 at about and I was greeted by an great attitude I think the person was Tamaya and the food was fresh I would highly recommend.
