I ordered in the app for curbside pickup. They brought me the wrong food. I opened it to see if it was my order, just wrapped wrong. When I took it inside, they took it out to the correct car. That customer came inside and asked me if I opened her order. I told her yes. She asked them to remake it. They brought me the wrong order again. I gave it back to them. They brought me the wrong order a third time. I gave it back to them again and they finally made the right sandwich. I didn't have any special order instructions. They just couldn't make the right food or give it to the right people. While I was waiting, another customer came to the counter because they're food had a sticker cooked into it! When I left the customer who had been waiting for the order that got wrongly delivered to me, was still waiting for her food to be remade. I'm to of all that, my sandwich tasted strange. I ended up throwing it away. I also saw the manager pick up something off the floor with a gloved hand and continue touching food. He also pulled up his pants several times while wearing a glove and continue touching food.

Poor staff service. Just looking at their faces makes you lose your appetite. They don’t handle pressure well and struggle to understand customers. While waiting to pay, you can see their frustration especially when someone takes extra time to decide on their order. My food was handed to me with bad energy, cold fries, and missing items. It seems like every time I go there which is a lot because, you know, it's write down the block and I have a 9-year-old. But there's always something wrong with your order. It seems like they pull up every car to get them off the timer, but it's not taking out hot fresh food when they do.

Easily worst McDonald’s experience. We stopped on a road trip for coffee and snacks. It wasn’t busy but took 30 MINUTES to get our food!! Then when we FINALLY received our little bit of food, they forgot the ice cream and coffees! Then they didn’t have the ticket pulled up anymore and fortunately we still had it. So they gave us the coffee and we leave and they gave us the wrong sizes! McDonald’s continues to deteriorate but this was awful…

Stopped here on a long road trip, bathroom was very gross, door was installed incorrectly so it didn't latch closed, food took 12 minutes with almost no one there, overall a bad experience.
