The waitress was horrible, the fries were excellent the salmon was okay and the steak was not very good at all. But we enjoyed our time together... I can understand why this location is closing... Truth has come to you ~

Free pie Wednesdays are my favorite! The steak and chicken tenders platter was so good! Perfectly cooked.

We really enjoyed our visit here. Food was great and service was outstanding. Sorry to hear this lication is closing.

Club sandwich had fresh bread and meats and was really good. Sweet potato fries had salty seasoning which I didn't care for. Free cherry pie was absolutely delicious. Waiter was courteous and efficient.

The food is very good here, and very well priced. A lot of good deals as well, free pie Wednesday’s! But the employees at this location, terrible. I’ve been here for lunch twice and dinner once, and wait, wait, and wait some more to place/receive order. I love their all you can eat salad/soup at lunch, but never see the waiter again after initial serving to order another soup/salad. This place would outpace many others in the competitive area if it had much more responsive staff.

Its been awhile since I've had such an excellent server; JAILYN was on top of her game!! She was attentive, timely, and friendly. We appreciated the Veterans Day free meal, bread was hot and fresh! I wish there was more vegetarian options but the meat eaters were all happy :-)

We used to go there a lot, but I hadn't been in a few months. We waited a good 10 mins. before a waitress even acknowledged us. I had the fried shrimp which came complete with the grease on the plate, a underbaked potato and a salad. I used the restroom and was appalled at the condition....it was dirty, broken tiles and the lock barely hanging on the door. I'll be looking for a different place to spend my money.

I'm happy the restaurant in O'Fallon Illinois is closing. We haven't been in here in several months. We came in tonight which will be our last time. The hostess was rude, the service is horrible. Our waitress was incredibly slow and kept dissapearing. The order was messed up. Took 10-15 minutes to get a refill on our drinks each time. The staff keep walking around like they are lost. Completely understandable as to why this restaurant is closing. This is the worst service ever. This is worse than the last time we complained last year. It had gotten a little better since then.

It probably isn't typical but 15 minutes and no waitress at all. We got up and left. I asked bartender before were left, they said they were short handed. I think they should have said that before even seating us. Only a few tables were taken, not busy at all. Been there in the past with good service and food. Last trip put us off of going back anytime soon.

My family ordered four curbside meals tonight to bring home, and no one could finish their food because everything was heavily salted. Asparagus, French fries, steak, chicken.... unbelievable heavy amount of salt. The rolls that used to be so good from OCharley's are now shriveled down to nothing. The steak I ordered medium rare was cooked well done. The only reason we tried ordering from them again this time was because we had a gift card. We won't be going back.

Had to give it a second chance. There will not be a third.

My wife and I ordered Prime rib and the waitress came back and said they had no prime rib! No 8,12 or 16 ounce so I got ribeye, it was good but she forgot the steak sauce and my wife’s Mac and cheese and the silverware was dirty so I had to get another kn, what foot we did get was good anyway.

My family and I love eating here! I'm a St. Louis native but I live in Denver Colorado! You guys need to expand out more to the west.. Anyway, the food is always good, and service is too. I mean, it's good enough, when I come home to visit we always make sure we stop! If recommend you all try it out if you haven't.

Did not appear clean. Dusty shades, dirty windows, server looked like she just got out of bed. Food was not very hot and was bland. Server did not ask if another drink was desired. When it was time to pay there was no one around to take money. Finally left cash on bar and walked out. Hopefully the right person got it. Have not been to this restaurant for a while. Won’t be going back or recommending.
