Racism and disrespect towards the customer is completely not acceptable. The lady that takes the orders at this place is completely unprofessional and racist. We always call in to place an order and there is even an option to place an order online. A lady picked up the phone. We called to place an order and said we will pay on the phone. She refused us service (for no reason and spoke to us in a condescending tone) and told us we had to come in to place an order and then when we asked again she said there will be a fee and we said that's fine but that we still wanted to speak to someone else, the lady hung up the phone. Also I have found out that she has taken other peoples orders over the phone (even larger ones for 3-4 people) but wouldn't take ours. We called back to place the order and she kept refusing service AFTER she said there would be a fee if we place the order over the phone. I asked my mom something in Urdu while I was on the phone with this lady and then asked her if she understood what we were saying regarding the order as wel felt like maybe she was misunderstanding and she proceeded to say that she can understand us now that we are talking in English and Urdu. Unprofessional and I would never order anything from here again. Not to mention she kept hanging up the phone and when we asked for a manager she said she was the manager. This is the management for this place? We have been going here for years but they definitely lost a loyal customer today. I would not recommend for anyone to go here. Spend your money at a better place that actually treats you with respect. Looks like others have complained about her terrible attitude as well. I am in complete disbelief that someone can act like this for no reason. Would love to be able to discuss this issue with the actual owner of this place, but she also kept hanging up the phone on us and would not give the phone to anyone else and would not give us the name of anyone else we could speak to later.

I moved here from Charlotte, NC and we have a restaurant there named American Deli. American Deli have the best party wings and Philly steaks. This is my second time at Souls. I ordered the philly the first time, they don't use American or provolone cheese, they put shredded cheese on the sub smh and the wings are terrible and don't look great. I'm just disappointed that they call these party wings. The drumsticks look like they're on steroids and the wings aren't any better. I had to go home and still re-cook my wings because they weren't extra crispy and if you want all flats, Soul's DO NOT let customers customize their chicken selection and they started speaking Arabic when I asked. I hope I find a great wing spot here because this is not it!!!

Great food everytime, but please put cola in your selection for soda included, service is mostly friendly and helpful, very clean dining area, high prices for simple desserts,very small servings cake, pie, cheesecake, too much, other than that 5stars, the food really is GOOD guys & gals ?? It is 10:18 on a Friday night. Hours on the door and Google said they close at 11pm. Doors were locked and the open sign still on. The craziest part is, when I pulled on the door workers turned around and looked at me, but nobody even had the decency to let me know they were closed.

Can sodas are not good brand should at least be vess. Need to change cooking oil for fries ? to taste fresh. Price is decent and you get decent amount of food for price. Service is ok.
