I live nearby and have been to this location numerous times since this location's inception. I have always recieved good service, but nothing worth leaving a review for, that is until last week. Janna took my drive-through order about 8 p.m. Due to the time we went through the drivethrough (using a birthday reward), my husband requested no ice in his caramel machiatto, planning to simply place it in the fridge and drink it the following morning. Drive through at Starbucks in OFallon Old Hwy 50 location. Ordered 3 beverages. 1x grande peppermint mocha $5.85, 1x grande (16oz) blue coconut refresher $6.15, 1x grande (16oz) blended mango strawberry refresher $5.45, 1x Ham and Swiss croissant, and 1x berry blonde. Received a regular refresher instead of blended with tons of ice maybe 1/4 actual drinkable liquid. Same for blue coconut… more ice than liquid. Online orders can face challenges, but customers appreciate the friendly and helpful service. Despite occasional inconsistencies, Starbucks remains a frequented destination for coffee and baked goods.
