This is a very busy place. Sometimes you do have to wait 30 minutes or more but considering they only have 2 ovens and 2 espresso machines it's to be expected. They have the drive-thru, in store, and mobile orders. I see people get mad thinking it should only take a few minutes to make their drinks/food but when you see a bunch of people inside plus cars in the drive-thru what do you expect. 20 orders come in within 2 minutes you can't expect to get your order within 5 or 10 minutes....read full review
Ordered online, but service staff acted as though they had trouble locating the order and said, "we'll get started on your order. Hopefully, it will be ready when you pull through."

I was there at opening. I know its early. No smiles. The girl had a dry attitude. The coffee iced sf vanilla latte was gross. The bakery items and breakfast sandwiches were wonderful. I'll try this site again, maybe in the afternoon.
