Woods Bakery would be able to improve if they had customer service people who actually spoke to everyone who enters their store location. I walked in this morning and this old lady who was working looked at me and quickly looked away but saw people behind me and immediately said hello. I find it quite offensive and I would like an apology because it's rude and disrespectful.
