Oof. If we hadn’t ordered the food to go we would’ve brought it back. Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. The bacon was cold and way undercooked, the egg and biscuits were burnt and hard. We threw them away.

Not even a hello at the register. 9PM and behaved like I was bothering her for a burger. Wanted 1 cheese and she argued that ment light cheese. Ok, but when you put 2 instead , I'll be back. We'll, I had to go back. The same lady who took my order made the burgers. The other lady has a super bad attitude. Someone's at the counter and I hear, of course they are. Had to watch her make it and reminder her again, I added onion. Truck drivers depend on hot food sometimes. If you dont wanna be kind and do it right, maybe this isnt the job for ya.

Whoever the cook is for this morning shift needs to be retrained. Everything is bought was extra crispy or burnt. Too bad it's snowy or i would turn my semi around. Unsatisfactory.

Went over to oglesby to the Hardee’s for breakfast and did we get a surprise. Now mind you it’s only 10:15,guy in front of us couldn’t make up his mind and as he was deciding they start turning the signs to lunch! I spoke up and asked if we could still get breakfast and she just ignored me! I was pissed! Then a male worker came up and said they were out of biscuits. Ahem obviously doesn’t know the menu because there are other sandwiches for breakfast that doesn’t have biscuits. I heard the lasy say to him we are on lunch! It wasn’t 10:30 more like 10:20! Told my husband I’m done going there. This is the THIRD time no biscuits! I see from other posts this has happened before! Very unhappy with the management and workers there.

As usual a fast food place gets the order wrong. Of course I was miles down the road when getting the food out of the bag. I’ve stopped at this Hardee’s 4 times, 4 orders messed up. Won’t happen again. 0 stars would be a generous rating.

Paid for something that was supposed to be a Frisco blt burger but what I got was a luke warm beef patty with mayonnaise and half cooked floppy bacon. There wasn’t any Frisco sauce on it.
At least the cashier was nice about giving my money back for the shake I ordered they did not have any ice cream for,
