I had to wait at dt window for 10 minutes , that's when the girl Lana took my money . Not very friendly , no smile nothing . J had ordered the bag meal medium , cheeseburger no cheese with a chicken wrap no sauce , cheeseburger has cheese , fries aren't even warm and after waiting 10 minutes I expect my food to be hot and fresh .

I went there at 12:30 pm today. Stood 2nd in line at the counter for a bit, and no one came to take orders. The person in front of me decided to leave. I then proceeded to wait...and wait...and no one came to the counter to take my order, so I left. There were people dining, people in back working, but no one at the counter AT LUNCH TIME. I can't rate the food, because I didn't have any. Bad customer service.

Told my new trainee about Hardee's breakfast. He's never had it. They stop selling at 10:30 and we get inside 1st in line at 10:15 and they switched over to lunch. Not a great start to our morning

Had my order taken very simple order was the second in line. Was the last to receive my order after. Had to walk back to the counter and ask about it and it somehow got erased of the screen had to wait for them to make Luke warm food fries was hard and cold Ordered two lemon strawberry biscuits. They cooked them so hard and didn’t put any icing on it and the manager brought these out to personally smh good $10 wasted at this facility.

Got a chicken sandwich looked appetizing but looked twice. And noticed a long strand of hair. Got the manager to refund the sandwich but needless to say I wasn’t hungry after that.

Extremely slow in drive thru! Had to wait over 20 minutes.

Payed for food . Only customer here. Two employees 30 minutes later still haven't even started cooking our order. Manager on duty had to come out and employees still argued that they weren't gonna due that. Still nothing being done. Now drive thru is being done before our order.

I ordered a 10 piece chicken tender meal and got in and out in 7 minutes! By far the fastest fast food I've gotten at a truck stop in a while and the food is pretty solid. Very happy with this stop.

Food was horrible. Burgers were dry and hard around the edge. Buns were hard. The wrap was nasty. Chicken was old and dry. For as busy as the place was at the time, the food should have been fresh and hot.
Michelle was friendly and nice. Her shift ended shortly after we ordered. The snob with her hair in a bun was not.
It is a favorite fast food place.
