Took 18 minutes to get food for a simple 3 piece chicken strips and fries. No one informed us of why there was a delay. We were asked to move out of line.

Michelle took my order. I smiled and said hello, she gave me a dead stare, she didn’t ask me if I wanted my receipt. When my order came out she handed me my bag, and walked away before I had the chance to say thanks. I was the only customer in the store. She didn’t seem busy. If you ask me she was pretending to do work. As I was pouring my cup at the soda fountain and a nice elderly couple walked in she was very nice with them. Not sure what she disliked in me. Probably it was nothing. Just thought I put it on here in case other people experience the same, and there’s a pattern. Otherwise that the food was good. Thanks

First order was slathered in mustard to the point it was not edible.Fries had far too much salt on them . Called and they happily replaced the order. Second order was better but still not the quality I'm use to getting at this store.
Great service at the drive thru window. Food was fresh and hot. Overall very satisfied. Did not see Hot ham and cheese located on dishes to recommend. But we always get them because they are great and love the melted cheese.😋

Service was terrible wait 10 min no one even came to take my order
So I had stopped in a month ago or so and had a pretty unfortunate experience at this location while I was there with my brother.
We were in the middle of a road trip out west to visit some friends of ours and made a point to stop in and visit the restaurant because we’ve had good experiences in other locations around the country.
This was not one of them- our food was made incorrectly and when we had spoken to one of the staff about possibly having the food remade, the service person in question cut us off and was very rude towards my brother, who is Hispanic and does not speak English very well.
I then asked to speak to the shift/general manager (whichever was on duty at the time) and I was asked to wait. I waited close to 10 minutes until the general manager (Mike was his name) came out and asked what the issue was and refused to believe me when I spoke to him and basically had a very racist and derogatory attitude towards my brother.
I’m never ever stopping there again and I for sure would like to file a complaint against Mike and the upper management of the store as well.
Honestly, based off the other reviews I’ve seen about this place, I’d say I’m far from the first person to have an issue with the people that work there and I very much would like some kind of investigation launched into it all.

Met the GM of this place one Mr Cage and had concern about the freshness of my meal the bag was promptly snatched out of my hand and thrown away and my money put on the counter I just wanted fresh fries how is a man that rude allowed to be a leader of men

Make sure you count your money that they get back to you.You need to make sure when you have young people running your register that they know math my order came up to 11.53 I gave her 21.53 which is $10 back she gave me $9 back and I told her you're short a dollar and she stood there and argued with me that it was right if you're going to have someone running the register make sure they know math

30 minutes it took to get two sandwiches with three orders ahead of me. As I waited I watched three people return their order because it was either completely wrong or had the wrong ingredients on it. Cashier looked like she was high as a kite and couldn’t shut her mouth long enough to listen to anyone talk to her. The blonde kid in the hat making orders mumbles so nobody can hear their order being called off so I was relaying peoples names but it didn’t matter because their order was wrong. Blonde kid in the hat was apparently too high to remember that he never actually put my order together and handed it to me before deleting it off the screen. During this entire time one of my sandwiches sat there getting cold while the other one was being prepared.

The Lord Jesus inspired me to write this review for the Hardee's at the Love's travel center. What an amazing group of young men and women that work behind the counter and cook all that great food. Keep up the great work we appreciate you.
