I will never go back to McDonald's in oglesby ILLINOIS. the manager was awesome for fixing my problem after I had to go back the second time. I repeated my order 3 times to the person in drive threw but yet the grill side got it all wrong. The manager Rob was awesome and got me the right order and Payton was very nice to me to get me a manager. Their is no excuse to have lazy people on grill that don't give a shit about people's order. I go their at 3 times a week but not no more because I am sick of my orders being wrong. I am not saying people don't make mistakes but the grill line and back to front store need to be trained a lot better and get it right the first time. It's just something how people don't give a shit and it's always the grill people that screw the customers when they don't pay attention

Drive through was slow, took over 5 minutes to receive just fries. They forgot any ketchup despite us specifying that at the drive thru window, so I had to go in to get some. Spent over 5 minutes at the counter trying to get ketchup packets receiving no service before I gave up and got my own from the self dispenser.

Classic McDonald's food. This location is convenient for our family to stop at and the food is always very good and the restaurant is usually very clean including the bathrooms. The service has been pretty good at this location and can't remember every having to wait a long time or every having an order messed up. Love using the app and always have a coupon that I can use.

Ordered two diet cokes at the Kiosk and waited 10 minutes before finally giving up and leaving even though we had paid for the order. Several people waiting and several orders sitting on the counter yet the employee NEVER called out order numbers it apologized for delays. Sub par service.
Another person had taken my order without me hearing my number called. The woman working the front didn't hesitate to get another order in. The gentleman realized his mistake after he was done eating and did apologize since I waited 45 minutes. I want to commend the front worker on how calm she remained for how busy they were. 🙌

On a road trip we stopped here late afternoon. My filet of fish came with the cheese folded in half and melted so I couldn't in fold it and there was more tarter sauce of the bun in the package 1 only a little on the sandwich. When my husband got his quarter pounder with bacon, the cheese was also just crammed on it and half the burger was missing. When he took it back to the counter and tried to get the managers attention, she ignored him. However, a young man named Joshua came out and apologized and said he'd bring him out a new one. I noticed this young man putting in full effort from the time we got there and he was bustling the entire time, coordinating orders and running orders out to customers. He was very apologetic (and a little sweat from all the running around) when he brought my husband's new sandwich out ut to our table. He is definitely an employee to keep!
