Jessica is amazing!! Her friendly and fun personality. We are visit from out of state and my son loves root beer so this was a must stop. If we fine ourself in the area again, we would definitely return!
My grandma stopped here and fell in love with their root beer. So, my payment for borrowing her truck to drive to Iowa for Labor Day weekend, I had to get her Root Beer. I called ahead and asked if it would be okay if I ordered 3 gallons of root beer and picked it up on my way thru. The staff on the phone was so nice and was able to help me out right before closing! Next time I'm on my way to the Quad Cities, I'll definitely stop! (hopefully not at 8pm!)
If you're traveling on I-39 this is a must stop! Very friendly staff and a small city local vibe that's great! I always get the fried pork, but family loves the chili, got dogs and grilled cheese! As the name suggests, get the root beer in a frosty mug. It is CASH ONLY so plan ahead or use the ATM. I'll be back after my next trip.
