I stopped in on Saturday looking for a bite. This place is on the main drag and easy to find. I stopped because it looked to be the only thing open and I needed some lunch. I really wanted something green after eating on the heavy side for a few days. I ended up getting a chef's salad which fit the need. The spot is a little run down and could use some sprucing up, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. What will definitely make me come back was watching them make pizzas....read full review
I can't believe the best pizza is found in this tiny town, but it is. While others tout their bread (crust) i.e. low dollar item, this small place HEAPS on the cheese and toppings. The result is pizza the way it should be made! I've had slightly better in New York and a few other large cities, but none here in the west. You must stop here for pizza. Period.

we decide to eat at the Canyon diner because it was close to our hotel and they had rice bowls and that sounded good. As we went to order we see a sign that says "Out of rice bowls" ah....Ok fine. We decided to try the Pizza . The wait wasn't to bad but the pizza wasn't to great either. The pizza was kind of doughy and not very tasty but it was a fast food restaurant so I guess you can't expect more than what you get at fast food places.
