I had an amazing experience at Dotty's Gaming, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible host, Sue! From the moment we logged in, she made us feel welcomed and excited to be part of the gaming community. Sue's enthusiasm for gaming is contagious, and her knowledge of the games and platforms available is impressive.
She made sure we were of legal age upon entry . Sue went out of her way to create a fun and engaging environment, always encouraging participation and interaction among players. I will be returning thanks again Sue!

01/18/24 @2pm I went to play a little while I took a break from my business. I have been to this particular place 5 times now & I actually liked it. I’m a very humble person nice easy going never ask for anything when I’m there just mind my business & enjoy my time outside of work. Whoever was working this particular day was very rude!!! The slot machine closes to the ATM screen was stuck. I politely said excuse me as she was on a personal call I said the machine screen needs to be wiped off before I could even finish she said no it's stuck I said yes typically the other employees just wipe it down and it’ll work she had a attitude but that is exactly what she did. She grabbed a towel and rudely told me to “back up” so she could wipe it off. I looked at her in disbelief as I couldn’t believe her customer service & tone with me & in front of other customers! I was so upset that I would get treated so rudely and with an attitude for asking her the employee for help. I work in healthcare and own my own business customer service is vital! I didn’t choose that job she did and we all have bad days but you leave that outside your work area. I will not be back! Why spend my hard earned money when I want to relax and be in good company when I can go else where! There was more issues but I won’t get into everything this is what bothered me the most and really set myself apart from ever going back!

The workers are nice but the company as a whole is terrible. They took employees from full time to part time and people can't pay their bills yet this company makes bank off of their machines. So don't expect to see your favorite person working there as often as you used to.
