I recently visited Dotty’s for a gaming session, and I must say, the customer service was truly superb. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for every customer.However, my enthusiasm was dampened by the consistent issues with the slot machines and ATM. It’s frustrating that each and every time I visit, these essential amenities are offline . This isn’t just a one-off occurrence; it seems to happen consistently, even with the high number of customers the cafe serves daily.As a frequent patron, I believe it’s essential for such a gaming establishment to have reliable slot machines and ATM services. The inconvenience caused by their constant unavailability detracts from an otherwise enjoyable experience.I sincerely hope that management addresses these technical issues promptly to ensure that all customers can fully enjoy their time at Dotty’s Despite these setbacks, the exceptional customer service provided by the staff deserves commendation.Overall, while I appreciate the efforts of the staff, the recurring problems with slot machines and the ATM detract from the overall experience.

I just turned 21 a month ago and they didn’t even let me come in because they said I need to update my ID if they act like they can’t just scan the ID that’s they’re broke fault that’s a stupid policy 21 is 21 do the math on your Calculator if you’re that retarded . If they really were doing their job right, they would see all the signs say drinking gambling and smoking 21 is 2003. Age limit just because my ID isn’t horizontal are you kidding ?I’m not gonna go update my ID if it doesn’t expire for another two months ridiculous this is why casinos keep making more money. F this place . Good luck making your $5 an hour.
