My coffee label informed me I was given the incorrect order during the transaction. I told the staff member this, he had me check it, then told me to ignore the label and he made it correctly. He did not.The drive-thru line was to the street, which is typical. I knocked on the locked lobby door and raised my coffee so I wouldn’t have to wait 20 min to get a simple black coffee + caramel I already purchased. None of them made eye contact and after some time waiting I could tell they were clearly intending to ignore me.My apologies and a thank you to staff member Nicole who helped me!

I literally just left there and made it all the way to work for both of my wake up wraps all 3 packs of hash browns and my breakfast sandwich to be burnt

Good coffee and good doughnuts. Only problem is with going inside to order. Some days you can go inside. Some days you can't. Can understand that they may be short staffed, but putting up a sign, stating when the dining room is closed would be nice. Should not have to find out, when you pull on the door. Plus the drive thru stays backed up. Makes you rethink your breakfast choices

The Absolute worse place to stop in the Mornings . I work 2 blocks from this location so it’s convenient but every morning I order the same thing and every morning I either have to pull to the back door for my order and wait which is just a cappuccino blast or they will not fix it correctly I hope the manager or owner of this location sees this and fixes it ... Consistency should not be this hard to get.

Due to the pandemic we’ve not ordered fast food or take out in over a year. First time I’ve ventured out in over a year and dude (the owner) hands me my drink without a mask on. Him nor his wife wore mask. I will never ever come back here ever again!!! I took my drink back snd told him I didn’t need my money back. He gave “0” cusses.
I wish this place knew the difference between coffee and hot chocolate. I order hot chocolate and have been given coffee twice now. Why don’t you mark the cups?

Store is ran by teenagers who really didn't want to help me with picking up my mother's bday cake. I probably wouldn't have gotten help if a young man who I think was the manager went right in back and got the cake which clearly had my name on it. The kids you had working there this afternoon were just not helpful at all.

The coffee and donuts were fresh and good. I ordered from through the drive thru window. There was a creepy older man hiding by side of the cashier peeping out at customers. I looked up and saw some eyeballs veering at me from the corner of the window that made feel very uncomfortable.
