Harold's Timeout Bar & Grill

Placed order for pickup of a (3) 6 wing dinner and to my surprise when I got home , wings hardly had any mild sauce or lemon pepper like requested, tasted as if they were refried and the fries taste like they had just come out of the microwave from the day before. Was very disappointed.

They can’t do both ! Called in an order for pick up at 4:07pm didn’t get my food till 4:57… just a cat and wing combo.. the reason it took so long ? They were busy with the bar … mind you it was about four ppl at the actual bar and maybe 2 other tables with with ppl already eating ! If that’s busy than you guys need to wrap it up and just be a chicken shack..

Cool addition to the burbs. Stays true to the Harold’s standard of juicy yet crispy fried chicken wings but there’s a bar so you can chill, eat, and have a drink. Everything is fried btw…wings, shrimp, catfish, & some sides. The Derailer was excellent! Establishment is small but lively and clean. There are only like 12 tables so if you catch it at the wrong time you could encounter a moderate wait but tables were open during my visit. Staff were pleasant. Dined on a karaoke night (Weds) and there were some nice singers in there! Several tvs available to catch a game. Parking is easy. Would definitely recommend the Harold’s bar experience.

Baby hands down ....Best harolds ever food was seasoned and cooked to perfection ‼️ Phenomenal customer service, and the ambiance was amazing 👏 not to mention our water and #1 bartender Lovely!!!! Will definitely get you get right. Don't sleep on it. Go check them out😘👏🎉🔥🔥

The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were so tasty, and the service was warm and attentive. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!
(Ordering through the app almost didnt work, but I hit the refresh button and I was able to place my order correctly).

11/13/25: I just visited the Olympia Fields location for lunch. Ms. Lovely was kind and the food was promptly ready as stated. My five piece wing was AWESOME! Fresh, crispy, the right amount of sauce, tasteful, perfectly fried. I will be back…maybe tonight 😃 Thank you!

I placed my order had a drink and waited for 35min just to get home to cold chicken. I asked for mild sauce on my chicken and received very little.
Just soo disappointed. Probably won't go back.

Food was delicious! We ordered online through the website and it was delivered through DoorDash. The dasher stated to me “ Staff are beyond rude. I’m waiting for the folks behind the corners actually check on your order instead of their phones.” I hope this wasn’t the case but this isn’t the first time I heard about the staff being rude!
