The best jerk I ever had ,this is my second time in one week ! First time I had the jerk dark lunch ,tonight I had stew chicken dinner, both times food was great thank you !

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been working across the street from this location over a decade… so I was there for its opening. In the beginning, the food was great. The service has always been crappy. But the food was great so the company that I worked for ordered from there plenty, not to mention staff frequented on lunch breaks. As time went on, food ordered an hour in advance still would not be ready taking up staff lunch breaks, the staff wasn’t rude, they were downright mean and evil. But to add insult to injury the quality of the food declined rapidly. Every single staff person stopped going, new employees were warned. It’s been years. Many. I was noticing lately how good the food smelled when going into Bizios. So today I said, let’s give this another shot. I ordered only 4 wings. Shouldn’t take too long, can’t mess this up, right? WRONG! I called and told it was cash only or order online. I ordered online and left to pick up 30 minutes after placing my order. I walk in, gnats flying around. No staff in sight for over 10 minutes. I said hello? Asked me to wait. The lady is just rude and seems so unhappy. She asked my name, I said I didn’t enter any info when I ordered, it provided a order #. I ordered directly from their website. She said “I don’t know no order number what is your name” gave her my name she said give me 5 more minutes it’s not done. I asked could I purchase a ginger beer on the website, I don’t carry cash. she stated it’s not listed on the website. The only beverage listed is water despite there being various drinks for purchase in the cooler. She told me the ginger beer would come up to 3.09. I could have rang up three 1 dollar water, I asked could I do that, she got clearly irritated about that one question and said I don’t care what you do. I just left. I go across the street and open the bag. The chicken is so hard and cold and overcooked it’s like jerky! $13.00 for some garbage. Pete’s fake jerk chicken better than this. Never returning.

I was eating my food and a big piece of brown long hair was in my food it was in the rice a long piece of wavy brown hair oh my God this was my second time there food was okay it's the hair I feel sick 🤢🤢I was getting down I'm blew

I placed a pickup order at Jerk Chicken N Go in Wilmington and was very disappointed. The restaurant was dirty, and the bathroom was out of order, so I couldn’t even wash my hands before eating.

When I arrived, the cashier was on her phone. She looked right at me, then walked away without saying a word. My food sat on a cold shelf for about ten minutes before another worker came over to help. He asked me multiple questions to confirm the order was mine, which I answered.

As I was walking out, the cashier (still on her phone) yelled for me to come back. I returned, and she silently took my paper bag, placed it in a plastic one, and handed it back—still without speaking. The entire experience felt unwelcoming and unprofessional, especially for a small business. The food was overpriced and nothing special, and the poor customer service left me with no desire to return.

I do not like giving negative reviews but they need to fix whatever is wrong. The service was horrible. The food has potential but I'm convinced the dry chicken i had was from yesterday. Idk, somebody send help. I know it can be better.

Waited for 30+ minutes for a pick up order. Only to be told no rice and beans and to wait another 30 minutes which I did. After waiting I ask for an update only for them to cancel my order. They didn’t realize I wasn’t a door dasher, I used door dash to to pay as a pick up option so my order would be ready when I picked it up. Instead you guys stole $22 and told me I can’t get a refund because you prepped the meal after YOU cancelled it. Then asked if I waited to place another order and pay again lol NEVER AGAIN

Amazing food! I came in ten minutes to closing and they was done serving seafood and ReeRee went out her way to make sure I got my delicious shrimp

I was disappointed. Maybe my expectations were too high or I went to late in the day. The mac and cheese was extremely dry but the chicken was seasoned well! I will make another trip back probably for lunch instead of dinner.
