I was eating my food and a big piece of brown long hair was in my food it was in the rice a long piece of wavy brown hair oh my God this was my second time there food was okay it's the hair I feel sick 🤢🤢I was getting down I'm blew

I placed a pickup order at Jerk Chicken N Go in Wilmington and was very disappointed. The restaurant was dirty, and the bathroom was out of order, so I couldn’t even wash my hands before eating.

When I arrived, the cashier was on her phone. She looked right at me, then walked away without saying a word. My food sat on a cold shelf for about ten minutes before another worker came over to help. He asked me multiple questions to confirm the order was mine, which I answered.

As I was walking out, the cashier (still on her phone) yelled for me to come back. I returned, and she silently took my paper bag, placed it in a plastic one, and handed it back—still without speaking. The entire experience felt unwelcoming and unprofessional, especially for a small business. The food was overpriced and nothing special, and the poor customer service left me with no desire to return.

I do not like giving negative reviews but they need to fix whatever is wrong. The service was horrible. The food has potential but I'm convinced the dry chicken i had was from yesterday. Idk, somebody send help. I know it can be better.

Waited for 30+ minutes for a pick up order. Only to be told no rice and beans and to wait another 30 minutes which I did. After waiting I ask for an update only for them to cancel my order. They didn’t realize I wasn’t a door dasher, I used door dash to to pay as a pick up option so my order would be ready when I picked it up. Instead you guys stole $22 and told me I can’t get a refund because you prepped the meal after YOU cancelled it. Then asked if I waited to place another order and pay again lol NEVER AGAIN

I was disappointed. Maybe my expectations were too high or I went to late in the day. The mac and cheese was extremely dry but the chicken was seasoned well! I will make another trip back probably for lunch instead of dinner.

To the Owner Hands down this is the best tasting jerk spot in the south suburbs However the crew needs to be trained better in customer care I know you guys closes at 9pm and I understand when it’s that time people are ready to go However to tell a paying customer you are not making salads or you are out of seafood completely is not good. Seeing several customers walk out in disappointment without an explanation trouble me As a small business owner myself I understand the customer is what pays the bills and providing services are our job. I live in Park Forest Il and I passed two jerks spot (Iris jerk hut and Exclusive jerk) just for Jerk an Go.. And I will continue because the food taste’s better..
My point Let’s do better and achieve more with patience and love..

The food was salty, and the customer service was bad with an attitude. The amount of food received did not justify the price paid.
