This place was like your average neighborhood go to spot for good fast food in a little comfortable nook like plaza. The staff was very friendly and so nice I made a doordash order that I thought was for delivery which was actually a pickup so I was a tad bit late and they were so great. It felt like visiting family. Thank you everyone there such a nice place to just sit down eat good food and decompress

Heartwarming Service & Hot, Fresh Food!

I decided to skip the Perro Bros in Chicago Heights and check out the Matteson location instead—and I’m so glad I did! The woman working the drive-thru had the sweetest, most comical spirit. Her energy and warmth instantly made my day. This is the kind of customer service that truly sticks with you—genuine and joyful!

I just had to leave review, my family doesn't eat out very often, maybe once every couple of months, I had an appointment in area, on the way home I saw it, and said ya know what? I want some Chicago feel good food tonight, I have eaten at the location in Chicago Heights for many years, like 30 ...this food tonight was amazing 👏 customer service was amazing 👏 vibe with music and staff working together, 💪 that's what these restaurants do....it brought me back...yall...
