As a vegan it’s so hard to find many vegan options. I was so happy to stumble upon this place . The lady was so nice and patient with me. She even let me taste the flavors to choose the best option for me. I liked more than one but didn’t want them mixed. She hooked me up for sure! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Great customer service is hard to find these days so that alone makes me want to return. ☺️ Thank you

Love the ice cream! I believe the man working needs help. He seemed overwhelmed with drive through and people on the inside waiting to order. He was polite . I will be back to support BLK owned.
The ice cream is good. Two things I'm disappointing in. They had no change. The young lady asked if it was ok that she short me .78 cents. I hesitated and said ok. I ordered a sizeable peach cobbler al lamode, paid $13 for it, and got an ice cream scoop of peach cobbler. I mentioned it to her, and she told me no, that's what I get. Sorry, but they will not get another dime from me. I can get more peach cobbler from Bizios for half the price, and it is delicious.

I was really excited to try this place since they opened in Olympia Fields. I ordered ice cream to go. The first thing that shocked me was the price. $23.99 a quart. They packed this pricey ice cream in cheap styrofoam cups with plastic lids (drink cups.) The lids didn’t fit properly to be holding ice cream, so even keeping the lids secured on the drive home was a challenge. OK, for this price I would think that this ice cream would be amazing! I could not believe how cheap it tasted. It tastes like generic, store brand ice cream. One thing that was weird-the butter pecan tastes like very intense, artificial butterscotch with some pecans thrown in. Banana Pudding ice cream also tasted generic and artificial. Had they been good, we may have treated ourselves once in a while (despite the insane prices) because I would have rather supported Shawn Michelle’s than a big chain. But for that price, you should at least be getting quality. How disappointing.
My husband and I really enjoyed the treats, the staff and the comfortable feel of the place.

Love love love it. I’m technically lactose intolerant but I can handle fresh gourmet ice cream well. The flavors are delicious, the work staff are all young and vibrant and like what they’re doing. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming.
