We showed up late, and they turned the fryer back on to help us out. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The food was tasty and the staff was very nice.Parking: Plenty of space to park.
Got the Big Daddy with fries and coleslaw. This burger is HUGE and delicious! The patty was perfectly cooked and juicy, the toppings were fresh and crisp, and the toasty French bread bun had a tasty hint of garlic butter. Delicious! Definitely will be coming back!

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Mama’s Place while visiting Oquawka in September. Delish BLT, hot & crispy fries, & a perfect midwestern salad bar. Iceberg lettuce, bacon, cheese & the kind of Ranch dressing you only find on salad bars in smaller towns (or make at home from the packet) & all sorts of salads. Service was fast, friendly & professional. Looking forward to future vacations in Oquawka & dining at Mama’s Place.
