Order messed up resulting in an overcharge. Missing items and witnessed an employee use her finger to scoop icecream running down the side of the cup back into the cup and then licked her fingers. Management didn't seem concerned when I reported the incident.

GURDY is THE BEST!!! She was patient and helpful with our large order. She handled the register, was making icecream, running food out and also helping everyone in dining room. What a lovely young lady!!! We will be back to visit her and to enjoy the food too! Our order was 100% accurate and we had such a fun night on the patio. 5 STARS !!!!

We got there they had no ice we told them because the pop was hot, we were there for 30 minutes they never got ice, my burger I ordered extra onions they put none, I went to tell them they gave my a cup with two small onions, they were rude the whole time, we found a hair in the food and just not a good experience, I definitely don’t recommend going awful people awful food!

By far the best Dairy Queen experience I’ve ever had!! We had kind of a complicated order but they were so kind and friendly!! And our order was ready so fast!! Amazing!!

The service was great, loved the employees vibe. The toast on the other hand… it’s not even a half toast combined :( if I knew it was gonna be TINY. I would have not gotten the meal with the toast. 🍞
