Absolute joke. Blizzards are always runny and drippy. Super expensive for SLOP. highly disappointed every time. It's sad. We shouldn't have to put our ice cream back in the freezer so it will actually hold form.

Update: Went through tonight and got two blizzards. Neither one was served flipped upside down and both were runny. Even mentioned this to the employee who didn’t care that we had milk instead of ice cream.

How do you run out of blizzard ingredients? That’s what DQ is known for. Slow service with 12 cars in drive through. Will try McDonalds next time for basic ice cream.

We stopped in o ly cause Jay's drive in was closed. This location was very busy and overwhelmed for a Sunday evening. Lots if people waiting for items.
Service was friendly, food was at least a 10 min wait, but that's OK as there were a bunch of customers in restaurant and a ton waiting I the drive thru.
We received our order and left. The onion rings were great, the blizzards were great, the burgers were not great. Patties way to small and somewhat over cooked and dry. We were hungry so we ate them without toomich complaint.
If it's that busy next time we will go somewhere else. Food was very over priced.

The drive thru was so slow, must of been in line for 10 to 13 min waiting. All we ordered was a chocolate shake and a blizzard. $12 got our stuff and it was watery. Must have been sitting out...

Staff (billey) and the cook very very friendly people and verrrry polite. Haven’t met a frendlier staff in. A fast food place. Thank you

Waiting in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes for fast food is too much for me. Will look for somewhere else next time

Spent $66 on my families food, wanted a small cup of gravy for our fries and they wanted to charge me!!!! After buying 8 meals you want $ for a tiny thing of gravy.

Another disappointing visit. Our ice cream cone came out first and sat on the counter , the peanut buster parfait was horrible peanuts were so stale and had to ask for a spoon to eat it. Just kids running a muck in the establishment.

Was served completely RAW chicken tenders! Absolutely disgusting!
