I came by just this last Friday. Staff was super friendly, very accommodating, I placed a fairly large order. 89% of the order was wrong to my dismay, when I called, they didn't pick up. It was about 25-35 minutes before close when I came thru like a wrecking ball. I understand mistakes happen, quality is sometimes sacrificed moments before the end of ones shift. I just want a credit for my order. Nothing extra, just what I ordered if thats cooo. I feel that's pretty amicable. Mickey D's employees are the unsung heroes 99 percent of the time. I believe the staff at this location could be that 1%, all of the time. 💯

You have one job to make fresh food and it almost never fresh here very disappointing
The order could have been rectified on the spot without trying to charge me additional money in addition to screwing that up too . . . Instead - the tending manager (so they postured as such without any formal introduction) went on to key up the order from which I was charged an additional $1.61 - from which I have been ordering the same thing the same way for over 30 years; as such the price of said order has reliably been $11.85 (unless someone somehow places the order in some other way or fashion to sum out a different price) I always order the double quarter-pounder WITHOUT CHEESE & ADD BACON; making it a LARGE MEAL (with a large fries & large soft drink.)
(1.) After screwing up the initial order after being overcharged for it - (2.) my order was re-entered and I was then charged an additional $1.61 for it - (3.) as it too ended up being wrong as well as the first order.
I ended up walking out in sheer frustration - as it is 3 STRIKES AND YOU'RE OUT in my book.
I ended up paying excessively for a meal that I didn't receive.
I won't be returning anytime in the future.

Apparently mcdonalds in oregon could care less about providing customers with their full order. They also refuse to issue refunds when they don't provide you the food you ordered. I was stay away from this location like it was infested with roaches.
Who in the Henry Ford let Brandon get a job here? Down right the most rude worker I’ve ever seen in my life. I would have gave the service a 0 stars if I could. Brandon threatened to call the cops on us without even giving us a warning to skrrrt out of the drive through. I meam we didnt have a car that could fit but why don’t they want our money? Had to just barrel roll into the bus and get out of there before 12 came to book us for walking. Never coming back.

Brandon threatened to call the cops on us for not being able to fit a bus in the drive through. We understood the lobby was closed but it didn’t hurt to try to get food so we walked around the drive through. He came out yelling at us when we were being very civil therefore I gave the service a 1, would be a 0 if it was possible.
