I am totally in disbelief this is my order... after sitting in a drive thru for 15 minutes at 9:30pm waiting for food to be done with no one in line... then sent to a reserve spot. Your staff was complete garbage tonight not apologizing not trying to fix anything. As I was handed something that looks like dawn dish soap in a cup with some foam on top. A cold burger and soggy cold fries. At this rate the BYRON mcds is better than this location. After calling and complaining they told.me to just bring the food back as some young girl super rudely said over the phone. Absolute garbage

food is great but service is bad. they cuss infront of you, when they send you to the spots to sit in they sit and talk inside. when they bring out the food they can’t even get the orders right. they set the food on the ground to check bc they don’t know which is which. quite irritating.

I was an hour from home to attend a grandkids sporting event and really didn’t want McDonalds ( you know) However, my experience was like it use to be “back in the day” there were several cars in the drive-thru but the wait time was more than acceptable, the kids at both windows were pleasant and friendly. The food was just as I ordered, hot, and tasted super ! I was also GIVEN a straw - best McDonalds experience since late night teen years -
