100/10 recommend Ralfies for any of your catering needs! They are extremely kind, caring, and so easy to work with. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, which helped to make our big day less stressful. The Food was absolutely amazing, everyone is still raving about how good their meal was. And the staff, they are phenomenal, they went above and beyond with everything they did for our wedding and helped make the day extra special!! They are the best!

Ralfie’s BBQ catered our rehearsal dinner and did an awesome job! Their level of customer service was beyond what we could have hoped for. As the bride, I had absolutely nothing to worry about the day-of. I showed up and they already had the buffet set up including the little details like labels, condiments, etc. The staff was so friendly and easy to get along with, too. And most importantly, the food was amazing! We had the pulled pork and chicken along with a handful of sides. Zero complaints and would recommend to anyone :)

Absolutely the best barbecue you're going to find in this area. Ralph does a fantastic job with the food flavor and presentation! The beans are better than anywhere I've ever found in Texas and they supposedly know what they're doing down there.

Award winning Ralfie's BBQ truly offers the best food and service of any catering company! We used them for my son's college graduation party and the food was loved by all. They catered my son's wedding in Burlington, WI this past weekend and the food was amazing! We were so impressed by their professional service with a smile, and a beautiful buffet set up by them. Their buffet consisted of the most amazing pulled pork, flavorful chicken skewers, buns, potato salad, Mac n cheese, salad and an array of dressings and sauces for the meats, all their own original recipes. We will certainly use them again for our next occasion!

Excellent food and plenty of it!

The best decision we could have made for catering for our wedding! Ralf and Tricia were incredible right off the bat! They made everything super easy and the food is absolutely amazing!!! We got tons of compliments on the dinner at the wedding, even from a couple vegetarian guests because there’s just so many options. We had plenty of leftovers that are great reheated too! The mac and cheese was still creamy! No leftover sauces, which was the only downside because they are SO good. My husband won’t stop talking about the mustard! I did not think buffet was the way we wanted to go, but if you try the food you’d change your mind too!
