We made a lot of great decisions with our wedding vendors and one of the best was working with Barb at The Noble Cakery. Not only did she create the most beautiful cake I'd ever seen (I did not want to cut it, it was so pretty) decorated based on our invitations, but the most delicious too. We went with her earl grey tea cake with honey lavender buttercream to go with our garden tea party theme, and it was perfect. She also created the most delicious treats for our dessert table as well. If you're looking for a baker for ANY reason, pick Barb.

My Husband and I chose to hire Barb for our wedding "Sweets Table". We couldn't be more thrilled with our decision. From the moment we found her website online her work stood out and we were hooked. She creates true masterpieces and the flavor selections are a wide spread, all being delicious! From our consultation and tasting, all the way to the wedding, Barb was so helpful in answering all of our questions and helping us find the perfect amount and variety of tasty treats to have for our guests. On the wedding day, she arrived perfectly on time and set up the desserts in such a beautiful arrangement. It looked perfect and tasted even better. I remember specifically walking inside and seeing a bunch of family members and friends all standing in the room where we had the desserts displayed, eating and sharing desserts and hearing them all rave about how delicious everything was. Needless to say, we were not left with a bunch of leftovers! We had cupcakes of different flavors, cookie sandwiches, brownies and lemon bars. We loved having a variety rather than just a cake. We would not have changed anything and if we had to do it all over again, we would hire Barb again in a heart beat.
