Went to get a sub and I was the only one there. I said hi to the girl behind the counter and her first remark to me was “you’ll have to wait a minute.”She was in the process of making some king subs (I’m assuming an online order since I was the only one there) so I gave her probably 5 minutes with her total ignoring me. I thought possibly she would have said I’m sorry but I have this order and someone will pick it up shortly or even ask me how many subs I was going to get and she could have done my one I was going to order, but NOTHING! Rude as rude could be so I hope she finds a job that she’s better suited for because it’s definitely not working with the public. I walked out.

The need to learn how to answer there phones!! I love Subway but gosh!! I've been calling for about 20 minutes now and the phone hasn't been answered! Even if they are busy they still should answer the phone and say please hold while they are working with a customer. Restaurants should always answer there phones unless they are closed.
