We have eaten here many times and always had a great experience, until tonight. Yes Fridays are busy and we are understanding of that, but it wasn’t that busy when we arrived. We had to wait almost 20 minutes to order our food (after finally receiving menus on her third trip to our table) and the only reason it didn’t take longer was because we stopped the waitress and asked to place our order.
