Food is amazing and Christian is super friendly at the register every time I go. Yall got great workers there. The chicken california and cajun fries are bomb and the refreshers are a great addition to your meal.

They charge for the sauce even if you want to switch the mayonnaise for something else. This is the only location that does that.
And the portion of the fries was so little. I don't like to go to restaurants that cheap

I went in there to grab a little meat. I got a small order of boneless teriyaki. It came with fries and I said meh I'm not going to eat them just give them away. So I pay full price and wait. I tell a guy I'll give him my fries and the worker behind the counter is like excuse me sir but I didnt put that in your order (even though I paid for it) and when I was going back and forth, he was pretending to not know how to speak English and acting all confused. Needless to say, I look like a fool now not giving my fries away when I got my order of fried chagrin.

Low quality food. Very little meat on the cheese steak sandwich. Wings aren’t very good either. I would NOT recommend this location.

Don't appreciate having to get stuff from this location where the employees can't wear decent enough attire so I don't have to look at skidmark underwear....GROSS!!!!

I love Charleys, but this location needs to improve staff training and customer service. The staff seems careless and often has an attitude. The front employees don’t know where the back employees place the orders.

I had to wait an extra 12 minutes for my food because the lady at the front said it wasn’t ready. When I politely asked her to check again, she was not happy. Then she realized my order had been ready the whole time. When I got home, the food was cold and included items I had specifically asked to be left out.
Hopefully next visit the quality will be better.

best cheese steak sandwich I have had in my life! Meat is good, cheese isnt greasy, tomato and veggies are fresh, perfect amount of salt and seasoning. People are friendly. I'm so impressed!!

I order the largest Philly cheese steak with everything on it. My opinion of it was a solid 4.0/5, the meat lacked flavor imo, peppers weren't cooked long enough. However the sandwich overall was pretty tasty, far from the best, but for a nice change from the normal fast foods it hit nicely. Can't really judge anything else but the food since it's inside of Walmart. Employees were fine, and was quite clean. I'd recommend at least giving it a try if your already in Walmart, but probably not worth going into Walmart just for this food.

The food was chewy and overcooked while not tasting charred, it was 10 dollars for a mid sized sandwich and they added mushroom even when I asked for no mushrooms. They didn’t give me my drink when I picked up my orders. Horribly overrated.
