We've been told several times at the drive thru that they can't take any orders because of the Uber orders. Go figure...
Worst customer service
It's taco bell
The food is very good and the ppl r very nice
Every time I come here they are out of mild sauce. How are you out of the most popular sauce every time I come to this location?
Everyone at the facility needs to be fired. Upon walking in I did not want to use the the machine to place my order. White heavy set lady walk up to the front like hey yall dont want to use the machine I responded no and she walked off and never came back. Black lady cane and took the order with an attitude. Took them 30 mins to get food back to us. Floor was greasy drink wasted on the floor and tables dirty and they lady who never came back to take our order walked outside to get some air. Food was missing out the bad and no one was up front. I had to yell to for someone to approach the front and they were all back there on their phones. Paying attention. Customer that walked in asked if there is only person working here. Horrible customer service!! Will never return!!
I ordered a beef supreme burrito. There was literally two bites of beef all the way at the bottom. it was all beans and a splash of sour cream for almost 8 dollars. The drive-through menu is so small that it’s hard to see and the speaker is not close to it so the employees couldn’t hear anything we were saying. Then they don’t give you any napkins. I went to grab a napkins and the place was filthy dirty. The floor was greasy. There was fingerprints all over the window windows and the to kiosk. The employee wasn’t very friendly either!
Rude employees!
We didn’t get our cinnamon twist we ordered them they charged us for it but we didn’t get it Keven was mad he was trying it for the first
Try he got up an said I’m never going to this bad Taco Bell he was crying in the corner then he moved out of the house then he went there but the guy said womp womp lil bro
I personally believe that this location only hires extremely rude people. I am actually a DoorDash driver and I’ve been screamed at 100% of the time I’ve been here. The first time I got screamed at was because I went through the drive-through. It was made extremely clear to me that I should never do that at this location. So the second time I went to this location, I was screamed at by a toothless woman because I attempted to go into the building. I know she was personally upset because I was ruining her dance party with her friends and coworkers that was going on actively inside the location. This toothless employee even had the door unlocked and propped open at midnight. I really thought she had a lot of audacity to scream at me for attempting to go inside after being yelled at for going through the drive-through to get DoorDash orders. I just highly suggest to anyone who wants Taco Bell to not go to this location unless you wanna get screamed at by the employees.

ridiculous. i was having a great day and i drove past taco bell and i thought you know what let me go into the drive thru and get some cinnamon delights. so as i pulled into the drive thru, a lady with an attitude talks to me and says “what do you wanna get?” weird. but okay whatever. so i ask “how many pieces of cinnamon delights do you guys serve?” and she replies with “1 or 2”. so i asked can i get 12 pieces of cinnamon delights? and she responds with “i said 1 or 2, uno or dos” now im confused as to why she’s been giving me an attitude so i ask “whyre you giving me an attitude?” and she replies with “i’m not giving you an attitude i said you can have either 1 or 2” so i say okay cancel the order and i reverse out of the drive thru and i head down to another taco bell where i asked the same question “can i get a 12 piece cinnamon delights” and the lady replies with “yes of course!”. look at the difference. i’m so disappointed because i live near this taco bell location and i used to always come in with my friends but ill be sure not to go back in when employees who are too lazy to do their job go around giving customers an attitude. how come the other taco bell employee was so nice? i’m a fast food worker too and i know that some days could be harder than others but ive never given someone an attitude because i’m having a stressful day, at the end of the day it’s not their fault they just want their food and they wanna be on their way and that’s completely understandable. it’s these types of people who ruin a restaurant’s reputation.
It took 50 minutes to get my food it was all cold never going here again
Good food
Two of the workers were VERY standoffish and even yelled at me repeatedly for asking simple questions that are part of their JOB. They are evidently committed to doing the bare minimum. I just walked out.
The shells had a awkward taste. I gaged!!
