The items I look in the website don't show up in the store. I try 2 times still not have it. ??

Most of the checkout lanes were open which is very rare for Walmart. Upon exiting the store, I didn't feel like I was being cleared to leave a prison with all of my belongings like in the movies; I simply walked out without any hassles....very important to me.

Online grocery p/u is awful at this location. This is the 3rd time I'm driven 25 minutes away from my home to p/u my grocery order, and each time has been worse and worse. 1st time I was given an order that wasn't mine ( I was refunded for my missing items), 2nd time I was given milk that was leaking, and it leaked inside of my trunk ( I was refunded for the milk) big wow, considering I had to pay a trunk shampoo, 3rd time (which is today) I was given smashed cupcakes and pecan sticky buns ( I was refunded). This store has a better selection of what I like opposed to the ones by my house, but this is ridiculous and disappointing. Other than online grocery p/u I'd give this store 4 stars.

I had called Walmart to ask if the Tv I wanted was available at their store and they told me that there was only one left. So I quickly went to the store so that I could buy it and when I finally was at the store I couldn’t find the Tv I wanted so I asked one of the staff members to help me and that staff member rudely told me that the Tv I was looking for was never even at their store. Then I asked another staff member but they also rudely started to shout at me saying that the Tv is gone. Customer service seriously sucks at this store. It doesn’t hurt to be polite no matter how bad your day was.

Cart guy had our car blocked trying to get out. After waiting for about 2 minutes, I politely asked if he could move them up a bit so we could back out. He started telling me how he is busy and getting all these carts and I just have to wait. I told him again we could not move and if he could just move it up a few feet(I would have but it was attached to an auto mover that he had a handheld device for. He said another line talking about my patience then finally moved them. I was completely polite!!!!!!

Worst experience in Walmart’s pickup service ever. I pre-paid yesterday for less than 10 items I followed all the instructions pulled up into the reserve parking lane text him that I was here and I’ve been waiting over 45 minutes for my groceries. I watch other cars who come after me get their groceries and many of them have much larger orders tonight. This isn’t an organized operation management management needs to look into what their weaknesses are and their inability to process orders timely!

This is the most unorganized store I have seen. Products are just thrown places. There is food just sitting on the bottom of the freezer against the door. And not just one location. I also been here multiple times and it the exact same way every time.

Much better selection than all of the Walmarts by me in NW Indiana.. especially clothes in 3X like I need..they had winter socks on clearance for $3 a pack, which is a fantastic deal. Lots of My Life As stuff which has become scarce since Christmas..my daughter loves this line, so I find myself checking all the stores I'm near to see what's in stock. It's that same as any Walmart you go to, but on steroids..bring money, because there's lots of deals.. especially on winter clothing..
We have visited this location a couple times in the past. We have purchased cupcakes and other different desserts. Their sweet treats always taste fresh and delicious. Furthermore, there always are plenty to choose from. Also, the desserts are neatly organized. This is our go to spot for sweets for a big event or birthday, especially last minute. Highly recommended.
