This is the closest Wendy’s nearby, so I go here when needed but today will be the last time! Every time that I go here they either mess up my order, have a nasty attitude, or both… Also, be careful when paying because they have a bad habit of giving you your food and drinks first then your card.

The cooks need to READ The order is correctly. I’ve been here a few times I ordered a single cheeseburger. They give me a hamburger. They corrected the mistake every time but this mistake can’t keep happening. The management needs to step up and tell the cooks to READ carefully before making those mistakes.

I asked for a crispy chicken sandwich with bacon and to add pepper jack cheese and I was very dissatisfied with the presentation on unwrapping my sandwich I was definitely disappointed of my crispy chicken sandwich which was not what it was on the menu. If I were you I would not eat at this Wendy's everything you see on screen is not really true so don't believe everything you see or say I highly recommend just making your own food at home or go to a better restaurant that has good environment or reviews. I'm never going here ever again. 🫤

This is one of the worst Wendy's I have ever been in. Employees don't seem to care and Managers are not effective in directing employees. While I waited for my order I could see the fries coming up dark in color and I could smell burnt oil and see smoke coming out of the fryers at the end of the cook cycle. Bathroom was not clean. Very disorganized. I am a regular Wendy's customer at my favorite location in Woodridge so I was extremely dissapointed at the state of this store!

Employees are incredibly rude to customers. Arguing amongst themselves and swearing in front of customers with kids. Avoid this Wendy's.

Preordered on the mobile app to still wait in the parking lot for 25 minutes because they had no fries or nuggets ready. There were 2 other cars. They were out of chocolate milk, so made their choice to sub with a white milk, when I said no that won’t work they made me dig out the white milk to give it back In order to get a replacement drink.. I paid for an upgrade to munster chz which they were out of but didn’t take the charge off. And when I got home I saw they ‘forgot’ to pack the nuggets; after all that we didn’t even get them. I paid for them. And waited 25 minutes for them. And was spoken to incredibly rudely. No urgency, no care, no manners, and hot mess. Super put off by this experience. Will avoid going back.

Ordered classic chicken sandwich combo with cheese, and a chicken nugget combo. They gave me ice in my lemonade when I asked for none and they also gave me spicy nuggets when I asked for regular

Haven’t had Wendy’s in a long time. Burger was soggy/flavorless and fries were unsalted and cold. Never coming back.
0/10 would not recommend. I don’t usually patronize Wendy’s and now I remember why. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, incorrect food, missing items, cold food. Terrible experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t return to this location nor would I recommend anyone to waste their time or money at this location.

The burger buns are not fresh and they don't heat them up. Maybe start heating them up or get some better buns! Also, they never give me the sauce I ask for.

The Four for Four challenge is goated. Me and my friends like to do a challenge where we can see how fast we can eat this entire thing, it is great because this is a complete full meal. I really like Wendy’s burgers. I think they are better than McDonalds and Burger King. People complain that they are square but I don’t care.

Went through the drive through and it was the beginning of lunch. The person making food couldn’t follow what she was supposed to be making. I went back twice and she didn’t get it right. The person doing drive through didn’t even get the manager and my fries were cold. I never experienced someone who couldn’t fix a simple burger the correct way. I mean a first grader could have done it!
