I came to this Wendy’s after not being there for a couple months ; and now i know why i don’t go anymore, service is bad and so is the food but maybe it’s just this location.

The lady at the speaker doing drive through is a delight to humanity I say this with all seriousness Wednesday Aug 13 around 8:30 we came here and oh my sweet baby Jesus she was so polite and so nice everything was so organized and our food came hot and fresh. After driving such long hours to taste something comforting was a delight. I am so thankful for you guys. Keep up the good work. We appreciate yall.

Just left drive threw leaving my 8 dollar burger behind after seeing the condition of kitchen threw drive threw and seeing the three staff doing anything but working...
Another location doomed by poor management. Eat my burger while your standing around that filthy place.

Absolutely terrible service. I placed a mobile order for my family, and it was clear the staff was annoyed about it as soon as I arrived. When my order was brought out, the employee was swearing under his breath—thinking I wouldn’t hear—and then just shoved the food at me without a word. Completely disrespectful and unacceptable behavior. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and hope management addresses this.

Had to wait seven minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich we were ok with that, however rest of order was incorrect. Asked for no mayo on a baconator and only ketchup on a kids cheeseburger. The baconator had mayo which my husband can't stand. The kids cheeseburger has everything on it. Two picky eaters not happy especially since we had to wait for the aforementioned spicy chicken sandwich.

I don’t have any problems with customer service here. But their food? I came by for a medium fry and an Oreo Brownie Frosty. There were just crumbs from the brownie and a small chip off the Oreo cookie. It wasn’t what I thought I was getting. I came here another day - same week - to order food for my son. The frosty was melted. There was no toy in the kid’s meal. But it doesn’t matter, I usually throw out their cheap toys. I usually go through the drive thru. I don’t know if the restaurant is open or not?

This is the closest Wendy’s nearby, so I go here when needed but today will be the last time! Every time that I go here they either mess up my order, have a nasty attitude, or both… Also, be careful when paying because they have a bad habit of giving you your food and drinks first then your card.

The cooks need to READ The order is correctly. I’ve been here a few times I ordered a single cheeseburger. They give me a hamburger. They corrected the mistake every time but this mistake can’t keep happening. The management needs to step up and tell the cooks to READ carefully before making those mistakes.
