The kid with the blue hair can't practice basic hygiene. He was touching everything with his bare hands, what a disgusting individual. He made burgers with bare hands then touched the screen, and every single surface you can think of. This Wendy's has has problems for years, yet management continues to be careless & lazy. Surely, they know of the problems at this location but choose to do nothing. ?

I came to the restaurant around 11pm nobody in the drive thrue I ordered 6 pc nuggets with French fries I'm wait almost 15 minutes to take it ?

They asked me if I was done ordering and just said “pull up”. Didn’t give me a price or anything. They had me pull up after paying to wait in a parking space and I waited for 20 minutes for my food. A woman showed up at my window and asked me if I ordered two potatoes and a chili. I said that’s not my order. I did order a potato but not the chili. She went back in and came back out with another bag about 10 minutes later and I drove home with it. Got home and they forgot my potato. I drove back and they told me there were no more potato’s. I asked for my money back for the potato and they told me they don’t give refunds and they offered me baconator fries. I was buying food for my family but I really wanted that potato.
Terrible, idk what they doing but the food looked and taste like it was not done. The blue error pomegranate drink I got taste like it was mixed with some chemicals , like wat the heck. And they messed up my order. Didnt give me my receipt. I had to throw that $11 I spent away and my time .

This Wendy’s location has always been terrible. Management/ customer service has gotten worse. I had ordered one meal and waited 10-12 minutes in the drive thru line- then when receiving my food not one word was said for the inconvenience or even a smile at least.
