I discovered 94west just last summer and each time my husband and I went they did not disappoint, the atmosphere was calm and casual and the food and wine was awesome ...our last time visiting was 8/8/21 so I was sad to hear the doors were permanently closed on the 11th because it was a decent and respectful place to go for steak. Well wishes to the 94West family thanks for an inviting experience.

My experience with 94 west , was a decent one. Our waiter was recommended great options for us to try. He also was attentive. The lamb chops were a little dry to my liking. There small portions, with a hefty price. However it was a great atmosphere.I almost forgot to add the lobster mac n cheese was really good!!

My party and I arrived at 4:00 p.m., which is the time they open. The waitress was friendly and helpful regarding drinks and other menu items. However the bathroom did not have toilet paper in one of the stalls, the paper towels were sitting on the counter instead of in the dispenser, and the hand soap was watered down in a bath and body works container. I found that unacceptable. Even though the restaurant has three dining sections, it felt like they sat all the customers closely. We sat in a booth. The curtain and window ledge was noticeably dusty. The food was good as usual, however they added a clause to the menu that I've never seen before. The clause basically states that food cannot be returned or refunded just because it was not cooked to your liking. I'm not sure what's changed but other than the food, the dining experience was not as pleasant based on my past experiences here.

Service was very slow, and our drinks were never refilled, nor were we asked if we wanted to order anything else. We sent back 3 of our 4 main courses because they were the wrong item or were cooked wrong. There was a mandatory 18% tip added to the bill, and a tip line added to the credit card receipt. The server never mentioned the mandatory tip, and once we paid the bill, we never saw her again. For the prices we paid, we expected much better food and service.

Went to 94 west with a friend to celebrate her birthday and didn't enjoy. Clearly 94 west separate their patrons; blacks on one side and whites on the other.(very obvious) I noticed that when I first arrived and was awaiting the rest of my party to arrive. The staff(3 women) was having conversations about who was going to take what party while I sat and waited for friends to arrive with my party. Maybe next time they will be more cognizant of the conversations they have and who can hear. It was my friends birthday, so our waitress brought out a piece of cheesecake, announced it to everyone in the dining area and we all sang happy birthday. After singing happy birthday everyone started to clap and laugh trying to enjoy the moment. A waitress walked pass and told us to be quiet because other people were dinig....it was 4 other people outside of our party that were dining and they were clapping and singing happy birthday along with us. I think it was rude! In fact, all the staff to me were not welcoming at all. The food wasn't good either. I will never ever eat at this establishment again!! To spend the kind of money we spent, I would've expected better service and better tasting food.

The prime rib was very tender and cooked to perfection! My mother and I enjoyed the food and tremendous service from Sal the waiter. We will come back soon and I would recommend 94 West to all my friends and family!

I contacted the restaurant via email to schedule reservations for a birthday dinner for 12. Their email etiquette was very poor and unprofessional. I was told the date chosen was full until 6:30. I asked if I could make the reservation at that time. "Sorry, the owner said no" was the response. I guess they have the right to refuse service, but it should be done with a bit more professionalism, compassion and an explanation would also be nice. I am a fair person so I gave them 4 stars for my past experiences, but I will never dine here again! So disappointed.

When went here after our Anniversary dinners plans fell thru. They where able to sit us for dinner with out any problems. They do practice safe dining measures which is a relief because our first choice for dinner did not. The meal was fine and it felt good to eat within a restaurant that took safety procedures serious.

Fabulous place !! Service was wobdetful!! Paige was personable friendly, & very efficient.Our steaks, prime rib for me , New York strip for hubby. Hubby had his w/the works!! Oh my!! I stole some of his mushrooms & onions!! His Sangria was delicious!! We ate all that we could!!?We took some of the creamy appetizer, lobster mac & cheese, 1/2 of my prime rib, key lime pie? home!! Absolutely a place that will see us again & again!! Prices were comparable to others for what we ordered!! A wonderful 2nd anniversary dinner!!❤

Food was delicious! I had pan seared salmon special with tomato butter while my husband had filet mignon and shrimp dinner. It was a full house so our food took longer than expected, but well worth the wait. The food was very well seasoned & full of flavor. Great service! A
