You know it's going to be delicious, it's Andy's. I liked how they had someone out in the drive thru helping to take orders. He was patient, answered questions, helped me make an order to hit that chocolate craving I had. 10/10 Also the brownie pieces or not pieces, they are full on fluffy, delectable satisfying brownies.
This was our first time at the Orland Park location. Even though the custard was great we won’t be back to this location. It’s ridiculous they don’t have dine in here. You have to order from the outside window, then if you sit outside on their benches, you get attacked by bees. Andy should have spent the extra money and included a dine in. Go to one of the dine in locations instead of this one. Bad decision when building this place.
Andy’s has great custard my family and I love it! Although, I will say that the customer service is awful, they are always in a bad mood. If I wanted a sundae with a side of attitude I would go to McDonalds. The tone of their “anything else” when trying to make a big order for my family discourages me from completing my order.
