My son and I went March 12th., 2025. The young lady completely messed up my order so I asked for a refund. For whatever reason, I was only given half of a refund. When I try to call to speak to a manager, the number listed states it has a voicemail that is not setup. Apparently, my next day off, I'm going to have to go there to speak with someone. Please, go somewhere else because this place is horrible.
A not-to-be-missed stop on any mall trip. I'm a traditionalist and go for the salted pretzel. My kids enjoy the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets with the glaze dipping sauce. Order the biggest lemonade, and enjoy!

Jose at the Orland Park Square Mall is fantastic! His customer service is top-notch, and he’s incredibly efficient. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied, even taking the extra step to make our cinnamon pretzels fresh. Highly recommend visiting – you won’t be disappointed!
