My daughter and I split a veal parmesan sandwich. The bread, sauce, and cheese were okay, but if there was veal on it, it was unidentifiable. It was as thin as a sheet of paper and tougher than beef jerky or cow hide. You could not even cut it with a knife. This is the second bad meal we have had there and I don't think we will give it another try.

The buffet is very average most days. I have been to it several times. One day it was really good...they had like three true Italian pastas. The same old buffet of chicken, meatballs, mostaccioli, mashed potatoes and the little taco things has grown old....do the Italian pastas...the pizza...get creative.

This is a review regarding their take out catering. We had a family get together and ordered a small take out catering order here for the first time which consisted of Italian beef, fried chicken, Mostaccioli, and salad. The order was enough to feed 10 adults, and I believe it cost $120. This also included cutlery, serving utensils, 2 packages of Turano buns for the beef, and paper plates. The food was served in heavy duty aluminum foil containers. I tried a chicken leg, a beef sandwich, salad and some pasta. Everything was packaged nice and everything was fresh tasting. The food was still hot when we unwrapped it. The chicken skin wasn't overly crispy but it tasted good. The beef sandwich was probably my fave of all the food we had and was even still really good reheated the next day. There was plenty of food and everyone said they liked the meal. I would recommend getting catering from this place for a low key get together if you don't feel like cooking.

Came in for some lunch with a few friends the other day. ordering again tonight. Pizza was outstanding. The chicken was even better with the mashed potatoes. Best old fashioned I’ve had in years. We loved our waitress Caitlyn and plan to come back next for the music

The service we received was just like the lovely waitress named Grace. She was very, polite, attentive and had a wonderful personality. The grilled salmon and mashed potatoes were wonderful! I felt very welcomed by her and the young man who seated us. It’s nice to be treated fair in such an unfair world sometimes! I will definitely be back ?

Horrible customer service. Waited over an hour and a half for a small pizza. I called and explained the situation and the manager said “I’m sorry we’re busy in the kitchen, I’m sorry I didn’t know it was that big of a deal.” Even a courtesy call to say “Hey, really sorry but it’s going to take a little longer than expected.” would have done. The manager didn’t want to hear it.
The sad thing is, we gave this location a second chance after my mother-in-law placed an order for Chicken Vesuvio and it was undercooked. My mother-in-law called to speak with the manager and he gave her attitude and didn’t want to believe it, told her “It’s impossible, we double bake our chicken.” He had a driver come to pick up the chicken and ended up giving her a call back to apologize.
Needless to say, won't be ordering from Barraco’s again.
