So me and my daughter and grandchildren were supposed to go to longhorn steakhouse but the wait time to get a table was over an hour long. It was on a Saturday night and everything was pretty much crowded and wait time rediculous. So we usually go to the Barracos in evergreen Park but we were in the Orland neighborhood so decided to get dinner out there. I am so glad we went to Barracos our here it was so nice the food was delicious the drinks were amazing and the waitress was outstanding she made sure that our glasses were filled with soda if a refill was needed and came back to see if we needed anything else. Also the food was so delicious my son in law wanted us to bring him back a pizza so we got carry out food to take home. I will definitely be coming back to this location again service was excellent ❤️

This lady and her friend treated me and my partner HORRIBLE from the time we walked in to the time we were asked to leave due to a smell that she ASSUMED came from us because we were BLACK! She failed to greet us when we first sat down and when she approached us after 15-20 minutes of us sitting down not once did she introduce herself it was a simple “what can I get you” instead of “hi my name is blank what brings you in today or how can I assist you” there was no eye contact, her energy was not welcoming and the food was room tempt she didn’t give us napkins and didn’t ask if we were enjoying ourselves. This was a horrible experience and I plan on taking this to corporate. This day and age RACISM still exist and this lady showed us just how unwelcome we were. It saddens me because I love Barraco’s pizza and idk if I can ever shop here again.

Everybody has their own favorite pizza, but I do like Barraco's thin crust pizza. Thay also have a very good lunch buffet, Monday thru Friday.
I had minestrone soup. It was tepid and only had cabbage in it. It was awful. The bartender was our waitress. Really? But my husband said the sausage pizza was awesome.

We had my baby shower here. The staff was incredible, especially kylie! She was attentive, friendly and kind. She had extra patience with my 7 year old, gave her some coloring/craft stuff to keep her busy and entertained her conversations. Food was great and the atmosphere was perfect. Highly recommend!

I stood at the front for 10 minutes as two servers walked pass me .Then finally she asks are you hear for a pick up i says yes then she condescendingly responds that I have to go around the back . It was cold. I saw how nice and pleasant they were to everyone one else but I guess since I do not look like I have money I was not deserving of courtesy.

I ordered delivery from here, a grilled chicken salad. I believe it’s supposed to come with chicken, cheese, boiled egg, olives, cucumber, green pepper and tomato. I ask for no olive, they got that correct along with cheese and chicken. But where are the other ingredients?! Who in their mind thinks a salad should be chicken and cheese for $13?! That’s absolutely insane to me. They also give packets of dressing and not the dressing they have in the restaurant. I wish I could give 0 stars. My Parmesan sandwich was burnt black on the end as well. I’m mind blown that they thought that was even okay to give to someone along with a bowl of lettuce with chicken and cheese. Very disappointed. Do better.
