BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

This has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants. I am so glad they take reservations because it is always crowded.

Excellent service from Nick. We received a bad cut of steak but they replaced it immediately. Beers were tasty. Chicken sandwich was fire. Desserts out of this world.

Very pricey for what we received. 5 adults and our bill was $240 not including tip. 2 burgers, a chicken sandwich a steak and a pasta entree. 2 margaritas and a beer. Our waiter was quite pushy with the beer wanting us to try one of “their brews” we declined but then he brought one anyways and said he's not charging us for it so just try it.

My family was there to celebrate my son's birthday. They were patient with our party as we had some late arrivals. The server was sweet and friendly. She was even training a new server. We had a party of 13 she did awesome with getting orders for drinks and food. She even had a candle on my son's cookie so we could sing happy birthday. Will definitely come again

We went to catch up with friends. It was quiet enough to talk amongst ourselves. Food was hot and tasted good.

We were late and they still kept our table, but that may have been because they weren't very busy. Our apps were good and our server was good about refills. But, my husband ordered the prime rib and it came out charred looking. Anyone who knows Prime rib knows you don't grill or char it. Even the picture of it in the menu doesn't show it grilled. Half of it was a fatty-tough mess. It was completely inedible. He did let the server know when she asked if he wanted a box, but it was not acknowledged, which was pretty disappointing. It took a very long time from the time our food was dropped off for the plates to be picked up, boxes to be offered and our dessert order to be taken (several ordered meals that came with Pizookies). It took a very long time for the Pizookies to come out, and it took almost that long to get the box for my dinner. Maybe it was that busy by then. It just seemed like a very long experience. We got there before 6, and it was 8 when we left. There was 7 of us, so not a huge group. Only one ordered a single drink from the bar. The majority were drinking water. Overall just wasn't as good of an experience as usual.

2nd time here. Very busy at noon time. Popular place. Parking was difficult since so busy. I also want to commend the employee, a young tall black man, who went out of his way to hold the door open for a disabled person in a chair and their family member. I shook his hand and thanked him and gave him the recognition he deserved for his kindness towards them. Little acts like these show we can still show respect to one another no matter who we are or where we are.

I’ve been living in the area for about 8 years, always pass by this fancy looking restaurant/brewhouse and never really until I decided to give it a try… and wow it was amazing, our server was Thomas and he went above and beyond with the service he provided! Highly recommend

Went to BJ's on Tuesday night. There were seven of us that went. Tomas was our server. We are all seniors and totally appreciated your $13.99 specials that included your fabulous pizookies! Food was fantastic but our waiter Tomas was even more fantastic because he was so patient with all of us. We will definitely return!

The salad was fresh, crisp, and full of vibrant flavors.

I had been very excited to try BJ's because of the good reviews that I had viewed. My experience tonight was very disappointing. The food was ok, but the service is what took this experience from good to bad. I urge all future guests to make sure you do not sit in the server by the name of Tomas' section. Tomas started off with not greeting my table for at least 15 minutes after arrival. His demeanor was not welcoming at all and he displayed a complete lack of urgency when proceeding through the process of beverage, appetizer, and entree ordering. He was not attentive, nor did he display any customer service skills at any point during my dining experience. The appetizer did not come before the meal instead we were overwhelmed by all of the food arriving to the table at the same time. This took away from me being able to taste my appetizer. The food was cold and he did not offer any apologies for ALL of the inconveniences that I faced. As a matter of fact he said very little to my table. This was so concerning to me that I enlisted the help of the manager Elizabeth to try and turn this dining experience around. Once Elizabeth stepped in, her great customer service and concern for my issues changed this situation around for me! She was extremely accommodating and did EVERYTHING she could to makeup for the poor and inadequate service that I received by Tomas. She went above and beyond to make it better! Thank you so much Elizabeth for being an awesome example of how to treat your guests. Tomas maybe needs to seek employment in a non customer facing environment!

I came here with my friends and the food and service was amazing. Yaniece was our server and she was sooooo amazing, she took great care of us and provided great service to us. I would definitely recommend and I will be coming back soon!!

Me and my friends came into BJ’s for their pizookies, and we got some apps along with it. Food was so good and our service was even better. Our waitress Yaniece made us feel so welcomed and was so nice!! We would come back just for her to serve us!! You Absolutely must try this spot!
