Went for a family dinner, party of 6 at the last minute with no reservations. It was super packed, however we were accommodated without a long wait. The service was excellent! Drinks a little slow but then again, it was very crowded so understandable. My favorite that was suppose to be an appetizer was the Bang Bang Shrimp, it was delicious! I basically got full from the portion given. Everyone said their food was delicious.

I was hungry. Apologies for the bad pic. My server was attentive, manager was working the room and nice decor. My husband steak was perfect. Machi was a little dry. Bang bang shrimp was good with the lettuce. BANGING! Risotto was not very good but bread/oil tamed my hunger quickly.

On Monday September 15th, I took My mom here for her Birthday and it was thee WORST Decision I made! we were Sat down, at our table took our Server Fifteen Minutes before She even Spoke to us! Next thing She shows up Ask us what would we like to drink ?? My Mom ask for Coffee brings our Beverages back , We Order our Food my mother says the coffee was cold! an Older Couple behind us ordered coffee no Problem so we got the bottom of the barrel ! I brought it to her attention it was cold .
she takes the cup brings it back it was the same color mom said this is Re-heated coffee! Her birthday is getting sloppy and Sloppier ! Food comes back my Order was wrong because I asked to swap one side out for another one she said it would be an up charge no Problem! but still brought it anyway! That's Because she's trying to remember everyone Order with out writing it down! I noticed our server being Playful in another group of employess Including a Manager which is Very Unprofessional. Our Server atended to a group of four or More which is an Old restaurant ritual You feel you get a bigger tip! so Our Money and tip means nothing ??? I hope it was worth it.
Remedy! 1. Server Should always bring water ! to a table we didn't even get water! 2. All Parties should get the same treatment 3. Ask Us how are we ? food is coming etc. not Gone 15min at at time. Maintain communication ! 4. Management Should always ask customers how is everything are you satisfied ?? 5. Training on Service Procedures. !
of Course our Server was Up set because I gave her no! tip ! and she went to her co-worker and said something because I caught her looking at our table. I don't reward bad behavior ! Never asked how was everything? Hope you guys come back Hopefully this will be helpful and You all can Re structure your trainging for reviewal or either Our Waitress Alicia T is inconsiderate or shes INCOMPETENT I will post on all social media outlets that I don't recommend coming to this establishment.

The new 3-drink limit at the Orland Park location was really disappointing. Happy hour is a chance to enjoy discounted drink to determine which drinks you like. Other locations don’t have this restriction, and it made the experience much less enjoyable especially since I only came for the drinks. I hope they reconsider this change as other locations and other restaurants do not have this rule. Very unfortunate and will not be returning.

Not only is the staff incredibly friendly, but the food is truth. I reside an hour away and still frequent Orland specifically for this restaurant at times. Highly recommended, and don’t forget your margarita 😉

Very expensive... very limited menu... the best thing was the warm bread the servers were excellent. Even the soup was tasteless.
Visited from out of town! Precious, our waitress was very friendly and took everyone’s questions with ease! Had a great dinner - love the bang bang shrimp and the key lime martini. Next time we are in the area we will come again!

I don't know how Bonefish Grill can offer such Delicacies that are as delicious as their value pack price. From their appetizers to their entrees to their sides this place can't be beat for quality and value. The staff is outstanding and experienced they make great suggestions to improve your choice and enjoy your meal.

I wasn't fond of the fish tacos. Too much shredded cabbage, lime creme and mango salsa, didn't do it for me. The Ozmopolitan (pink) was hitting with the shimmering glitter in the drink. Fabulous! The Oz's Elixer (green) was slightly sweet (like I like it) and oohh so good.
