Brazilian Restaurants in Orland Park, IL

“The ladies who checked you in were a bit rude. They called me 15 minutes before my reservation to make sure we were still coming. If I was driving, I wouldn't be able been able to take the call. Would my reservation be cancelled in that event? Do you expect people to arrive 15 minutes before their reservation like the doctor does for appointments? Once we were inside, they constantly badgered us about a box we brought in (we had some birthday presents for our son and grandson). I know they won't allow outside food in, but it was intrusive after the third person asked about the contents of the box. There was very little seating for those waiting to be seated and all seats were taken. Standing for longer periods is very painful for my husband and I. Once we were seated, it took a long time to get water and drinks. We waited a long time for desserts as well. We were about to give up and leave when they finally came out. For the prices charged, I expected service to be much better. Our first experience (which was at the Indianapolis site) was much better. We were disappointed at this site.“
