Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

I had a great time here with hubby and my parents. My parents had never been here before and had fun listening to the old music while enjoying their meal. Our server Brian was very personable. I think he was the only server at that time. There was only two other families so he was ok. My only issue was that it was somewhat cool. I heard another customer say that he was on blood thinners and he couldn't be there too long. All-in-all a good time.

I was given a slice of cake for my anniversary BUT I had to buy something else so I said I’ll take another slice of cake when he brought it to me they charged me $17.83 for a slice of cake they got me but NEVER again will that happen they can keep that cake not worth it, Portillo’s cake is Awesome go there. Plus they don’t offer a Military discount. They lost my business.

I used to like Bucca, not anymore! We ordered the prosciutto stuffed chicken and a lasagna. The lasagna was ok. The stuffed chicken was dry as a rock and burned (the crust was solid and black on the bottom). Showed our server the black/burned pieces and told him it was reheated, he wasn't phased by it and said it took so long because it was made freshly for us (it took a few minutes, not long at all). Nothing was offered. The smell when you come into the restaurant was off putting, should've known better... We will not be back.

T.J. also refered to as José as a secondary alias, was an exquisitely pleasant waiter and was easy going in terms of fulfilling the customers needs to the best of his abilities

Overall was good. Food and service very good. I've noticed prices went up. The prices have always been high. Server mentioned they don't have Italian music anymore? WHY?? They should bring the Italian music back for the ambiance, after all, it is an Italian restaurant!

Everything from the service to the food was excellent!! Since it was my first time there I asked for suggestions and they did not disappoint.

I placed an online order at 5:30 for pick up. Email said ready in 15 minutes… I did only order a small antipasti salad. When I arrived it was about 20 minutes since I placed order I was greeted with a let me check on order. The guy came back to tell me would be about 10 more minutes… not sure why since there was literally 6 cars in parking lot, some I assume employees. No one seated in bar area and no host/hostess even up front.
I waited another 10 minutes again for a salad. This was the same thing that happened the last time I ordered. It’s bad enough you’re paying $30 for a salad to wait almost 20 minutes longer than emailed? I think I’m done spending on overpriced salad and horrible service.

I mean don't get me wrong, the food is pretty good. But this place is too much for me. There's some pictures of nudity almost everywhere in the building and it's creepy. DO NOT come here if you're sensitive towards nude.
