I love Buffalo Wild Wings and have been to nearly every location from Oakbrook, Willowbrook, Lombard , Chicago ridge etc. and this was the very worst experience the employee staff was great however at a certain time the manger started to take over and he had a nasty cold attitude often scowling behind the counter and on top of that my order had a hair in it!! If I could rate this a zero i would indeed
Got seated, ended up waiting 45min for food to arrive. size of wings were tiny for the amount was paying and coleslaw that came with my wings was horrible.
Terrible customer service. They over charge you and are stingy on their sauces. I have been dealing with this establishment for 4 years and now will be the end of that! Wanted to charge me for extra sauce but yet there wasn’t an option for “extra wet” when placing order online.
The best customer service hands down
I really liked my server she was soo awesome n I forgot her name update so many years later I love this buffalo wild wings won't go to another 1 I've been going here for years practically family
Had a great experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Orland!! The food was hot! Our server Amaria and the manager Bob were outstanding! Will definitely visit again
The service was spot on—no issues at all with the servers or employees. They did a great job. The food, however, is a different story. Honestly, just go to Wingstop. The wings here look like something from the dollar store. Instead of proper chicken legs, they’re more like pheasant legs—significantly smaller than expected.
This isn’t some special type of chicken; it feels like a pure scam. Just go to B-Dubs on Tuesdays and Thursdays instead. I bought 120 wings for a group of ten, and somehow, everyone was still hungry after the meal. Even the appetizers were more filling than the wings! Paying $9.99 for mozzarella sticks felt like highway robbery.
I’ve always sided with B-Dubs when it comes to sauces and flavor, but this was a huge letdown. The total bill came out to $247, with a $46 tip—which was well deserved for the great service—but the food? Absolutely not worth it.
Davius was very rude and disrespectful.it was terrible service ,I won’t be coming back there

Food is always excellent. Serving size is worththe price. We had to wait a little bit for our food, but we didn't mind. Our server came to apologize for the delay, but we didn't even noticed the delay. It was a nice touch her engaging with us. Food was hot and spicy. Our server was exceptional. She seated us and was also our server. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy, but not crowded. I wish they had lunch special on weekends.
We will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend.
Nice Decor, sports on the TV as any respectable place where you can sit in the dining room or at the bar.
Food is usually good however every time we online order the food isn't being made until we show up to pick it up and have to wait an extra 15-20 minutes

Buffalo Wild Wings never disappoints! Our server was fantastic—he got our drinks to us right away and stayed attentive throughout the meal, making sure we were always taken care of. The Thai Curry chicken wings were the highlight for me—perfectly spiced, covered and absolutely delicious. It’s great to see consistent service and tasty food. Definitely planning to come back!
Bonus the manager came and checked on us too, we were very satisfied.
