Overpriced and disgusting. Owner/manager was extremely rude. First, I've never ordered a combo meal where the drink was an extra charge. Fountain drink machine was out of order anyway. I got the #1, basic chicken sandwich. It was awful. Looked strange at first but then I picked it up and realized why when a piece of chicken fell out of it. It's 2 tenders instead of 1 chicken breast. An oily water substance oozed out. The sauce was gross. The "coleslaw" was just shredded cabbage and carrots, no flavor as it had no other ingredients that would make it a slaw. In fact, the chicken itself was flavorless. The bun was stale but they attempted to bring it back to life by toasting it. Didn't work. Can't even give the fries any credit. Crinkle fries which are usually my favorite but these had some kind of weird coating to make them crispy, I think. Just a weird texture. Also, I did NOT ask for cheese on my sandwich but I was charged for it. $13.99 for a "combo meal" that does not include a drink. Almost $17 with tax and a $1 charge for a cheese slice I didn't order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Chicken breast on the sandwich was much smaller than advertised and it was dripping with oil. I would not order it again.The fries were very good and they served a generous amount with a combo.

Terrible, and they want you to pay extra for condiments when the big screen behind them CLEARLY says it comes with ranch or bbq. I literally could’ve made the Chicken nuggets at home!

I went to byrds hot chicken at Orland mall, and I tried their Chicken salad it was great very rich with flavors and fresh 😋, totally recommend it to chicken lovers, coming back and will recommend it to my friends.

My mom bought me lunch and we got two #1’s they charged us 14.99 for each meal, the sandwich had one chicken tender! It was supposed to be a chicken patty and it was only a single tender with hamburger buns, in total for that was 39 dollars! (We got another can of soda) but the price is ridiculous and they definitely scammed us, will never go back and will let everyone not to go either.

The man in front is great always friendly very welcoming and kind, the food is even better it challenges Dave’s hot chicken and I think it’s even better I highly recommend this to anyone who is in the area

Owner is rude. No management or owner etiquette. I've been dining at this establishment since their opening in Orland Mall. Tonight the food I received was less then up to standard. I provided a Receipt and asked for my meal today remade not being drenched in sauce and was rudely interrupted by the "owner"explaining it is not sauce it is cheese (which is a sauce) it's cheese sauce but anyway he carried on about this and that I let him speak then I spoke and explain to him how he does not mean to explain himself or did he need to cut me off while I was explaining. I just wanted my food remade. Not to mention the fact that we waited at least 20 minutes for it and it was barely lukewarm. We won't be back you lost the customer because you couldn't zip your mouth. Glad you expressed to me that you are the owner. You nedd better etiquette on service my friend. I highly recommend educating yourself on what a sauce is. Also he stated that he would not re make my food anyway because he gave me what I had ordered even though I had provided a receipt and did not ask for a refund just my food remade without all of the sauce drenching it. Sincerely sweetheart. ( The name you tried to use for me when you were being rude)

Was in the mall today and couldn’t decide what to get to eat and I before I knew it I was in line ordering something that caught my eye from their menu! Not sure what the actual sandwich was named but it was a chicken panini with coleslaw, spicy sauce, pickles on the best toasted sourdough bread I ever had! This sandwich and the mixed lemonade was a 10/10. They were nice and had great customer service as well!

I had really high hopes for this chicken place. My food doesn't look like the chicken sandwich advertised at all. It was really odd to me that the chicken sandwich wasn't a full piece of meat but looked as if someone chopped in pieces. I ordered hot level of heat and it was definitely not hot at least for me, no spice whatsoever.
