Came here to pick up a uber order, Wants me to complete pickup at the counter in the mall 5+ mins away from exit through mall to parking & more time to get into car & make way out of lot, i verified the order & marked it not ready as i always do never had issue with other restaurants, UBER GIVES US A FEW MINS TO THE GOOD TO DELIVER so per the owners comment i will not be accepting anymore Byrds hot chicken & according to countless other reviews im doing the area a favor not contributing in this garbage chicken!!!

The chicken is always amazing. Super juicy and the mild even has great flavor and just enough of a kick for me. Wife loved the chicken salad too. Good choice of greens that compliments the crispy chicken!
